6Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (One of cement, one and a half of sand and three of hard broken granite stones ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stones for all reinforced cement concrete works viz. Raft slabs, raft beams, column footing, plinth beam, lintel, square or circular columns, T, L, or rectangular beam , floor, roof or waist slab, drop cum parapet wall, loft, sun shade and other similar works excluding the cost and fabricationof reinforcement grills in position, shuttering, centering but including laying, vibrating, curing, finishing and providing Mild steel fan hooks in the RCC slab wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete in all respects .(In Foundation and Basement)
7Providing form work forall reinforced.cement concrete works like lintels, beams,etc., including strutting 3M high using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm × 60cm and B.G. 10, stiffened with Mild steel Angles of size 25mm × 25mm × 3mm laid over Silver oak (cw) joists of size 10cm × 6.5cm (Spaced about 91cm c/c)and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (Spaced at 75cm c/c)as noted below including removing the same after specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with relevant standard specifications.

10Fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement for all reinforcedcement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., completein all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)
11STEELrods of all sizes
12Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One ofcement and five of sand) using flyash bricks of size (23×11×7cm) includingproper setting, curing, etc., complete in all respects In Foundation & Basement
13Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One ofcement and three of sand) 20mm thick with necessary water proofing compound at the rate of 1.06 kg/ 10M² including finishing smooth, proper setting, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers -
14Supplying and filling of 40mm size ISS HBG metal in thefilter as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete in all respects.
15Supplying, laying and jointing the following dia of PVC pipeof approved quality packing the joints with solvent cement including fixing in to walls with necessary wooden plugs and holding down clamps, dismantling portion with necessry connections to the sanitary fittings, including testing etc.,complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

23Construction of Inspection chamber 0.60M x 0.60M for the following depth brick jelly cement concrete 1:5:12 1/2 (One of cement and five of sand and twelve and half of broken brick jelly) using 40mm size brick jelly 15cm thick for foundation 23cm thick brick masonry wall inCM 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) using ground moulded II class chamber burnt bricks and inside plastering with 1:3 (one of cement and three of sand) 12mm thick including channeling, benching etc. and top covered with SFRC (medium duty) cover slab of size 60cm x 60cm and fixing in position and necessary earth work excavation, refilling the sides of foundation etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.
24Supplying of UPVC -non pressure pipes as per IS 15328/2003[SN8-SDR(S 16.5)] and laying and jointing of UPVC pipesto the proper grade and alignment as indicated in drawing / design and hydraulically testing of the pipe line. The rate shall include cost of all necessary jointing materialstesting charges with water conveyed within a lead of 1km, labour complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.
25Construction of gully chamber 0.30M x 0.30M for the following depth brick jelly cement concrete 1:5:12 1/2 (One of cement and five of sand and twelve and half of broken brick jelly) using 40mm size brick jelly 15cm thick for foundation 23cm thick brick masonry wall inCM 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) using ground moulded II class chamber burnt bricks and inside plastering with 1:3 (one of cement and three of sand) 12mm thick including channeling, benching etc. and top covered with SFRC (medium duty) cover slab of size 60cm x 60cm and fixing in position and necessary earth work excavation, refilling the sides of foundation etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.
26Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia UPVC SWR pipe of 6 kg/cm2 of approved quality confirming to IS 13592(type B) of finolex (or) equivalent with ISI monogram packing the joints including fixing into walls with necessary connection to the sanitary fittings, testing etc. complete in all respects in all floors as directed by the departmental officers. (In Horizontal)
27Construction of circularRCC manhole of 1.2minternal dia with Reinforced cement concrete wall of 15cm thickand base slab of15cm thick of 1:4:8 proportion (One of cement, four of sand and eight of hard broken granite stones ) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stones including the cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement grills in position shutterring centering etc., including channeling benching etc., and top covered withextra heavy duty cover slab SFRC slab with frame 600mm(clear opening) including casting and fixing in position and necessary earth work excavation, refilling the sides of foundation in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete in all respects
