Making Of Temporary Arrangements So As To Protect The Stabilizer From Water During The Repair Work. Unfastening Of Nuts Bolts And Opening The Top Cover, Draining The Mineral Insulating Oil, Then Dismantling Of Complete Unit By Way Of Chain Pulley Block, Tripod Stand To Draw Out Its Complete Assembly And Shifting Damaged Coil-2Nos. And Stabilizer Tank To Workshop At Jammu By Way Of Manual / Mechanical Carriage. Rewinding Of Coils With Superior Quality Copper Wire / Strip, Insulation Material And Varnishing Complete. Job Includes Repairing Of Stabilizer Tank By Welding And Soldering To Make It Leak-Proof And Then Shifting / Carriage Back Rewound D Coils And Tank To Pumping Station. Job Also Includes Providing And Fitting Of New Voltmeter With Selector Switches, Ampere Meter, Phase Indicators Set And Replacement Of Panel Wiring Etc. Soldering The Internal Connections And Tapping It. Job Includes Removing Of Dust, Dirt, Moisture From Transformer Oil After Filtration And Dehydrating It By Heating / Boiling And Refilling In Oil Tank Along With Topping Up Additional 100 Liters Transformer Oil. Fitment Of Coils And Hauling Of Stabilizer Assembly Inside Chamber Using Chain Pulley Block And Other Tools And Tackles. Making All Incoming And Outgoing Electrical Connections. Testing The Stabilizer On No Load At Least For 6 Hours And Then On Full Load. Complete Job Includes Cost Of Material And Labour Charges, Hire Charges Of Tools And Tackles.
