1	Preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc andapplying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 5 kg per 10 sqm over black top surface by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.
2	M&L bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical power and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 5.5% as per actual design mix , the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. If total binder contents as per actual design mix is more than 5.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. (ii) Job mix formula for bitumenous macadam shall be obtained from the institutions specified in CA prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the GE.
3	Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.
4	M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% bitumen binder of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. 6	Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. complete all as specified and directed.
7	Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.
