Tender For Repair To Certain Road At Kausani Mil Stn Under Ge Ranikhet; 1 M&L For Premix Bituminous, Macadam With Binder Content Of 4% By Weight Of Total Mix Using Paving Bitumen Vg-30 Grade, Laid / Rolled And Compacted To Required Gradient And Camber ( Consolidated Thickness 75Mm Or Less ) Complete All As Specified And Directed. Note For Item No. 01 & 03 : ( I ) Aggregates For Bituminous Works Shall Confirm To Clause No 20.B.2.5Of Ssr 2009 Part- I ( Ii ) Based On Job Mix Formula, In Case The Binder Content ( I.E. Bitumen ) Is Less Than The Content Specified Under These Items Then A Minus Adjustment @ Rs 60.00 Per Kg Rate Of Bitumen ( Less Consumption ) Shall Be Applied On The Quoted Rate Of Contractor Against These Items, Hence The Quoted Rate Of Contractor Shall Be Reduced Based On Less Content Of Bitumen Required As Per Job Mix Formula. However, No Price Adjustment On Plus Side Shall Be Made For Increase Of Quantity Of Bitumen In Case Of Required As Per Job Mix Formula. ( Iii ) Design Mix For Bituminous Macadam Shall Be Carried Out Through An Authorised Testing Lab And The Cost Of Testing Shall Be Included In Quoted Rate. 2 M&L For Preparing Black Top Surfaces By Brushing With Wire Brushes For Removing Caked Mud Etc. Sweeping With Brooms And Finally Fanning The Cleaned Surface With Gunny Bags To Remove All Loose Dirt Etc. Complete All As Specified And Directed. 3 M&L For Bituminous Premixed Carpet, 30Mm Consolidated Thickness, With 0.405 Cum Of Stone Chippings Mixed With 21.90 Kg Of Binder Vg-30, Laid And Road With 8 To 10 Tonne Power Roller And Compacted To Reqd Camber And Gradient And Sealed With Premixed Sand Seal Coat With 0.06 Cum Of Sand Mixed With 6.8 Kg Of Bitumen Vg-30 Applied And Road To A Uniform Smooth Surface Complete All As Specified And Directed 4 Scarifying Or Picking Gravelled, Macadamor Bituminous Macadam Surfaces In Area Not Exc 400 Sqm And Deep Exc 50Mm And Not Exc 100 Mmcomplete All As Specified And Directed. 5 M&L For Applying Evenly A Priming / Tack Coat With Bituminous Primer At 10 Kg Per 10 Sq Metre Vg-10 ( Paving Bitumen ) Complete All As Specified And Directed. 6 M&L For Applying Evenly A Priming / Tack Coat With Bituminous Primer At 5 Kg Per 10 Sq Metre Vg-10 ( Paving Bitumen ) Complete All As Specified And Directed. 7 Repairtopotholesanydepth, Notexceeding1 Sqmeachincluding Sweeping Free From Dust And Mud Or Water Scoring Sunken Surfaces In Roads, Paths, Etc Cutting Around Edges To At Least 25 Mm In Depth, Making Good By Applying Tack Coat With Bituminous Primer @ 5 Kg Per 10 Sqm Using Paving Bitumen Vg-10 Putting In Premix As Specified For Thin Bituminous Carpet ( 2 Cm Thick ) Well Rammed And Sealed With Premixed Sand Seal Coat ( 6.8 Kg Of Binder With 0.06 Cum Of Sand ) , Again Well Rammed ( Including Supply Of Premix Binder And Sand ) Using Paving Bitumen Vg-30 Depth Of Pot Holes N Exc 30Mm Complete All As Specified And Directed. 8 M&L For 7.5 Cm Thick ( Compacted Thickness ) Wbm, With Coarse Aggregates ( Granite, Trap Or Basalt ) Of Grading 2 ( 63 To 40 Mm Size ) Or Of Grading 3 ( 50 To 20Mm Size ) , Spread, Rolled With 8 To 10 Tonne Roller And Consolidated To Gradient And Camber Required Complete All As Specified And Directed. 9 M&L For Laying Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound ( Paint ) 2.50 Mm Thick Including Reflecting Glass Beads Incl Cost Of All Materials, Labour, Machinery, T&P Etc. Required For Proper Completion Of Work Incl All Other Charges. The Finished Surfaces To Be Level, Uniform And Free From Streaks And Holes As Per Morth Specification No. 803 As Per Irc. Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters Etc. On Roads, Pavements And The Like N Exc. 10 Cm Wide With Road Marking Paint, White Or Golden Yellow Complete All As Specified And Directed.
