2	Preparing old black toped surfaces of road by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm thick (compacted thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-10 grade 80/120) contents @ 5.5% (approximate) by weight, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to achieve uniform smooth surface with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.
3	Preparing surfaces of Black top surface by brushes with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleared surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.
4	M&L applying evenly a priming coat with biumenous primer VG-10 (80/120 grade) @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed.
5	M&L premixed bituminous macadam using binder (Bitumen VG-10 grade 80/120) contents @ 4% by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to require camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
6	M&L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, oil/grease spots and forgein material etc and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of white/yellow colour using Hot Thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted profile shoe glass neads depenser tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by operator on road surface complete all as specified and directed.
7	S&F in repair Solar stud with 3 LEDs of red/yellow colour on each side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm with built in stem of suitable length with LEDs, Solar cells, battery & light sensor duly covered with tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet on top equiped with solar system workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge of 8-10 hours, fixed on road surface by cutting hole and grouting with epoxy all as per manufacture"s instruction etc complete all as specified and directed. 8	S&F in repair MS dual rectangular delinator having dimension of 100x1100x20mm approx weight 2-3 kg, 3M diamond grade type XI DG3 reflective sheet of high intensity reflector (white/black). All steel plates powder coated to make all weather resistant, including excavation in any strata and embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 30cmx30cmx20cm etc complete all as specified and directed.
9	S&F in repair Solar road delineator with 6 LEDs of red/yellow colour housed in plastic body with LEDs, Solar cells, battery and light sensor well protected in polycarbontate sheet, device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage, equipped with solar system mounted over 47mm dia steel tube powder coated of length 1000mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground. Delineator to have additional reflective bands. equiped with solar system workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge of 8-10 hours, including excavation in any strata and embeding in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 30cmx30cmx20cm etc complete all as specified and directed. 10	S&F in repair speed breakers made of sturdy plastic moulded in ABSPC Alloy- highly resistant to severe impacts and harsh weather condition, dovetail interlocking in subunits to make it bind perfectly and studded with reflector on either side, bottom portion to be filled with rich concrete. Fixing of speed breakers to be done with 04 Nos bolts on each peice & bottom portion applied with heavy duty apoxy and to meet the AL-1005 specification all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed.
