2LAQ Proposal- Preparation and submission of land acquisition proposal in 5(Five) copies as per Revenue Departments requirement of respective state including preparation of land plans along the proposed alignment of road by superimposing alignment onGoogle image and revenue village maps/gutbooks for identification of survey numbers, hissa number & calculations of area to be acquired, Collection of property cards / 7/12 abstracts, Preparation of various statements such as area to be acquired, Land owners details, Index, Village map, annexure and certificates etc. complete in all respect includingall contractor"s labours materials, tools& plants etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- A minimum rate of 1 km or 1hectare shall be applicable to any land parcel falling below this unit.
3JMS Notices- Joint Measurement Notice Distribution of the all owners, affixing the notice at notice board of every village office, Panchayat/Talatis office, PWD/Agriculture/Forest Department/ Tehsildar/SDO and collector office. Note :- A minimum rate of 1 km or 1hectare shall be applicable to any land parcel falling below this unit.
4Boundary Demarcation- Providing hoisting & fixing in position M 20 grade precast RCC boundary stone (100x100x900mm) every both the side 50 M interval as per the drawing for demarcation of Land boundary. By excavating, refilling and ramming and concreting by 1:3:6 concrete with consultant"s material tools and plants and labour crossing of track and including transportation at site etc. Complete in all respect.
5Joint Measurement Survey- Facilitating Dy. SLR for Carrying out actual Ground Survey of land with Revenue Staff & land Owners/Sub- holders, with consultant"s Survey equipment, manpower etc., preparation and issue of notices to all concerned such as land owners, Agriculture / Forest PWD departments, preparation of drawing area calculation, abstract statement (Vivaran-Patra) in five sets, Collection oflatest 7/12 abstract etc. Giving assistance to Agriculture/ Forest/ PWD for their measurement works by providing skilled manpower complete in all respect, with all Consultant"s own stationary/printing/ consumables, including transport arrangement etc. Note :- A minimum rate of 1 km or 1hectare shall be applicable to any land parcel falling below this unit.
6Subdivision of land- Facilitating Dy. SLR for Carrying out subdivision of plots with Revenue Staff & landowners/Sub- holders, with consultant"s Survey equipment’s, manpower etc., preparation and issue of notices to all concerned such as land owners.
7Tree Inventory- Photography/ Videography, numbering of agriculture (fruit bearing) & forest trees within the acquisition boundary joint measurement sheet by making notch of size 100 X 100 mm/ affixing steel plate, numbering the trees in each survey number with red/white enamel paint/ permanent marker. Taking photographs and video shooting of the trees of each survey number of the village coming under acquisition in private/ Govt. land separately. Preparation of document as per perform approved and submission of same in soft & one set of hard copy. The item includes all contractor"s material, labours, transportation tools & plants, etc.
8Agriculture Tree Valuation – Facilitating Agriculture department for valuation of affected trees etc. Complete in all respect, with consultant’s own man power, stationary/printing/consumables, transportation etc. Compete in all respect. Note :- A minimum rate of 1 km or 1hectare shall be applicable to any land parcel falling below this unit.
9Forest Tree Valuation – Facilitating Forest department for valuation of affected trees etc. Complete in all respect, with consultant’s own man power,stationary/printing/consumables, transportation etc.Complete in all respect. Note :- A minimum rate of 1 km or 1hectare shall be applicable to any land parcel falling below this unit.
10Structure Inventory- Taking photographs of structure with name board of each affected PAPs and submission of hard copy with all details of PAP such as name, survey no. Structure details etc. With consultant’s own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc. Complete. This should be submitted village Wise in 2 copies one with ring binding and other loose.
11Engagement of Advocate: -Preparation of Legal Search Report of each survey number. The Scope of work include, undertaking legal search in record of Revenue office for last 30 years. Search of 7/12 extract, mutation entry, Gut book map etc. of last 30 years, from revenue record and search of Index II and registered documents of last 15 years in the office of Sub-Registrar, Joint District Registrar. Advocate undertaking legal search will produce his written opinion and title report along with supporting document to Land Acquisition officer/SDO concern. 320 Detailed
12KJP Preparation- Facilitating Dy. SLR for preparation of KJP, chasing the matter and officer (MandalAdhikari)/ Talathi for transferring land title with consultant’s own machinery, man power, consumables transportation etc. Complete.
13Taking Physical Possession- Facilitating authority for taking physical possession of land by verifying the acquisition area as per possession receipt with the land owner and submit the joint report in prescribed format having signature of all members in 7/12 own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc. Complete.
14Mutation Update- Facilitating Tahsildar, Circle officer (Mandal Adhikari)/Talathi for transferring land title, chasing the matter with consultant’s own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc. Complete.
