Dismantling Of Impeller Hub One At A Time Using High Capacity Hydraulic Pumps In Order And Record The Gap Between Two Hubs Taken As Initial References As Directed By The Engineer In Charge Including Consumables And T&P’S. 5 Charges For Re-Assembling Of Pa Fan Impeller Hub: This Work Involves Re-Assembling Of Released Impeller Hub To Its Original Position One At A Time Using High Capacity Hydraulic Pump And Ensure The Gap Between Two Hubs As Its Original ( Previous Position ) As Directed By The Engineer In Charge Including Consumables And T&P’S. 6 Charges For Dismantling Of Defective Had Actuator Of Pa Fan : This Work Involves Dismantling Of The Defective Had Actuator Assembly & Cone Assembly Screws From Its Position Required For Servicing Of Had Actuator As Directed By The Engineer In Charge Including Consumables And T&P’S. 7 Charges For Replacement Of Damaged Pa Fan Rotor De / Nde Radial Shaft Seal And O Ring : This Work Involves Removal Of De / Nde End Cover Of Fan Rotor Assembly. Inspection And Removal Of Existing Damaged Pa Fan Rotor Radial Shaft Sheal And O Ring And Fixing Of New Radial Shaft Seal And O Ring And Fixing Of New Radial Shaft Seal And O Ring. Refixing Of De / Nde End Cover With Fan Rotor Assembly And Torque Tightening To The Recommended Set Values As Directed By The Engineer Incharge Including Consumables And T&PS. 8 Charges For Releasing The Core Shaft Main Bearing Housing From Fan Rotor, Dismantling, Complete Overhauling Of Main Bearing Housing. 9 Charges For Re-Assembling Of Serviced / Re-Conditioned Had Actuator Of Pa Fan And Checking The Verticality Of Had: This Work Involves Assembling Of Serviced / Re-Conditioned Had Actuator Assembly To Its Original Position After Servicing.Torque Tightening Of Had Actuator & Cone Assembly Screws As Recommended Set Values. Check The Verticality Of Had Within The Limits As Directed By The Engineer In Charge Including Consumables And T&P’S 10 Charges For Complete Cleaning And Conducting Di-Penetrant Test For Stage.I & Ii ( 40 Nos ) Pa Fan Impeller Blades. Fan Impeller Blades Are To Be Cleaned By Using Service Air & Rustoline And By Applying Cleaner, Penetrant & Developer Over The Impeller Blades And Analyse The Condition Of All Fan Blades And To Make Records.After Conducting Dpt, Ensure The Healthiness Of All Impeller Blade Conditions And Ensure The Free Movements Of All Blades Till The Satisfactory Level. Finally, Check The Torque Tightness Of All Impeller Blades With Pre-Set Recommended Torque Value To Complete As Directed By The Engineer In Charge Including Consumables And T&P’S. 11 Charges For Alignment Of Fan & Motor Coupling, Checking Run Out Of Had Andradial Clearance Between Fan Blades & Casing: This Work Involves Releasing Of Pa Fan & Motor Coupling Guard And Fixing The Rotating Clamp In Fan & Motor Coupling ( Fan Coupled With Motor ) For Rotating Fan Shaft, Releasing Of Shaft Bullet Cover, Rotating Shaft And Checking The Pre Alignment Readings For Fan & Motor For Initial Reference And Records. Decouple The Motor From Fan, Align The Motor With Fan Axially And Radially Within The Allowable Limits. 3Charges for shifting of fan rotor assembly from repair bay, lifting, leading, refixing and re-assembling with fan bottom casing: This work involvesshifting of fan rotor assembly from repair bay after replacement of radial shaft seals & "O" rings and bringing back the rotor assembly to the fan casing. Refixing to its original position and re-assembling of fan rotor assembly with fan bottom casing to complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including consumables, transportation and T&P"s.
4Charges for dismantling of PA fan impeller hub: This work involves dismantling of impeller hub from fan rotor assembly to facilitate to rectify the lube oil leak. Dismantling of impeller hub one at a time using high capacity hydraulic pumps in order and record the gap between two hubs taken as initial references as directed by the Engineer in charge including consumables and T&P’s.
5Charges for re-assembling of PA fan impeller hub: This work involves re-assembling of released impeller hub to its original position one at a time using high capacity hydraulic pump and ensure the gap between two hubs as its original (previous position) as directed by the Engineer in charge including consumables and T&P’s.
6Charges for dismantling of defective HAD actuator of PA fan : This work involves dismantling of the defective HAD actuator assembly & cone assembly screws from its position required for servicing of HAD actuator as directed by the Engineer in charge including consumables and T&P’s.
7Charges for replacement of damaged PA Fan rotor DE/NDE radial shaft seal and "O" ring : This work involves removal of DE/NDE end cover of fan rotor assembly. Inspection and removal of existing damaged PA fan rotor radial shaft sheal and "O" ring and fixing of new radial shaft seal and "O" ring and fixing of new radial shaft seal and "O" ring. REfixing of DE/NDE end cover with fan rotor assembly and torque tightening to the recommended set values as directed by the Engineer incharge including consumables and T&P"s.
8Charges for releasing the core shaft main bearing housing from fan rotor, dismantling, complete overhauling of main bearing housing.
9Charges for re-assembling of serviced/re-conditioned HAD actuator of PA fan and checking the verticality of HAD: This work involves assembling of serviced/re-conditioned HAD actuator assembly to its original position after servicing.Torque tightening of HAD actuator & cone assembly screws as recommended set values. Check the verticality of HAD within the limits as directed by the Engineer in charge including consumables and T&P’s
10Charges for complete cleaning and conducting Di-Penetrant Test for Stage.I & II (40 nos) PA fan impeller blades. Fan impeller blades are to be cleaned by using service air & rustoline and by applying cleaner, penetrant & developer over the impeller blades and analyse the condition of all fan blades and to make records.After conducting DPT, ensure the healthiness of all impeller blade conditions and ensure the free movements of all blades till the satisfactory level. Finally, check the torque tightness of all impeller blades with pre-set recommended torque value to complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including consumables and T&P’s.
11Charges for alignment of fan & motor coupling, checking run out of HAD andradial clearance between fan blades & casing: This work involves releasing of PA fan & motor coupling guard and fixing the rotating clamp in fan & motor coupling ( fan coupled with motor) for rotating fan shaft, releasing of shaft bullet cover, rotating shaft and checking the pre alignment readings for fan & motor for initial reference and records. Decouple the motor from fan, align the motor with fan axially and radially within the allowable limits. Checking & aligning the run out of HAD within the limit and checking the radial clearance between the fan impeller blades and fan spiral inner casing are within the allowable limits. Checking the axial clearance of PA intermediate shaft to rotor assembly, rotor assembly to Hydraulic adjusting device, checking the torque tightness of fan intermediate shaft bolts & rotor assembly bolts and releasing of rotating clamp fixturesfor conducting motor trial run. After completion of motor trial run, couple the motor with fan and normalise the systems as directed by the Engineer in charge including the cost of consumables and T&P’s.
12Charges for complete cleaning of PA fan casing top & bottom matting flanges, fan casing pedastal bolts and diffuser base bolts, renewal of casing asbestos rope, refixing of rotor top casing assembly, tightening of casing bolts, refixing of labyrinth seals, releasing of rotating clamp from fan shaft, refixing of coupling guard, closing of all inspection doors, checking the tightness of fan casing pedastal bolts and diffuser base bolts, releasing of locking pin from the fan discharge gate as directed by the Engineer in charge includingconsumables and T&P"s.
13Charges for complete draining PA fan lube oil from lube oil tank, dismantling of lube oil lines, strainers, filters, pumps, valves, ACW valve fittings and renew the damaged fittings and attending oil/ACW leaks. Cleaning of oil cooler tubes, removalof ‘O’ rings & gaskets, refix the cooler components, flushing and boxing up of coolers. Cleaning of lube oil tank, filling of new/old lube oil upto the adequate level, connecting the lube oil lines & its fittings to fan and motor bearings, control oil lines & its fittings for Blade Pitch Controls, charge the cooler with ACW,conducting Lube oil pumps trial run and normalizing the lub oil system to complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including theconsumables and T&P’s.
14Charges for complete cleaning and painting of two coats of enamel paint over one coat of red oxide in PA fan non-insulated /exposed area of PA fan suction hood & motor hood assembly, intermediate shaft bullet cover, fan inner diffuser core, inlet & outlet fixed guide vanes, fan casing pedesatal, HAD setting shaft assembly, lube oil lines, man hole doors, hand rails, toe guard plate etc., including the cost of paints, consumables and T&P"s.
15Charges for renewal of wornout/defective rubber beading with nylon canvas inserted and glass fibre cloth (Labyrinth Seal) of PA fanrotor casing. Cutting & edge preparation of glass fiber cloth & rubber beading nylon canvas as per required size. Applying adhesive lotion on the glass fiber cloth, folding & pasting over the two side edges of rubber beading with nylon canvas as lining to complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including the cost of transportation, consumables and T&P’s.
16Charges for renewal of wornout/defective non metallic rubber beading with nylon canvas inserted and glass fibre cloth (labyrinth seal) in PA fan discharge (Diffuser to transistion duct). Proper arresting of existing layrinth seal rings at four sides (Top,bottom,left & right sides) , Cutting and removal of existing corroded bolts & nuts and releasing of wornout/defective rubber beading with nylon canvas inserted and glass fibre cloth of labyrinth seal ring. Cutting & edge preparation of new glass fiber cloth & rubber beading nylon canvas as per required size, marking & punching the holes in rubber beading with nylon canvas inserted and glass fibre cloth and positioning with layrinth seal rings. Applying adhesive lotion on the glass fiber cloth, folding & pasting over the two side edges of rubber beading with nylon canvas as lining. Fixing of new bolts & nuts for layrinth seal rings and tightning of all bolts & nuts as recommended, releasing of arresting supports and normalising to complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including the cost of transportation, consumables and T&P’s.
17Charges for transportation of new wiremesh (Size 7700 mm x 5950 mm x 1755 mm), etc., from stores to site, cutting the eroded / damaged wiremesh and its supports in the PA fan silencer, lowering to O metre area, marking, lifting, leading, fixing of new wiremehsh with supports in the PA fan silencer (both sides).
18Providing special type platform to access the entire PA fan suction hood area for facilating Lifting and Leading of required materials.The charges for transportation of scaffolding materials and consumables to the PA fan sucion hood area,erecting at 20mtrs height for a width of 9 mtrs, scaffolding and temporary platform for facilitatingattending the above work. After completion work, removing the scaffolding and temporary platform from the area and shifting back the scaffolding materials. Charges inclusive of T&P"s and consumables.
19Charges for leading, lifting and transportation of Iron & Steel materials to site ( 9-20 Mtr) including hire charges for mobile crane.
20Charges for fabrication and erection of PA Fan platform. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s (The required material is under contractor scope).
21Supply of SS 304 Strips (Size 50 x 6mm) 2 mtr length for 2 fans (per Kg)
