Cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9\"thick to the required level including cost conveyance and royality of all materials with all taxes and compacting watering curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. Complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

C.C. work of M-20 grade using 20mm & down graded hard black granite chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, curing for four weeks and finished the exposed surface smooth providing beads where necessary including cost conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, labour T&P articles for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
