Name of Work: Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Automation System at LPG Bottling Plant, Bhatinda. Note:-1)Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties, but exclusive of Goods and Services tax (GST). Bidders are advised to make themselves fully conversant with applicable GST Law.2)GST rate is considered @18%and will be paid extra at the time of billing as per Government Directives.3) The Price Bid / Price Schedule shall be read with all other sections of this Tender Document. 4) The Tenderer is deemed to have studied the tender terms and conditions, specifications and details of works to be done within the Time Schedule and acquainted himself on the conditions prevailing at the locations.5)This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevent columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. 6) The bidders shall quote only in coloured cells in Column F and also indicate their name in coloured cell in row 8 of the sheet. 7)Bidder should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case bidder is intending to quote “at Par”, biddermust quote “0” in the space provided. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “Not Quoted”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid.8) Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for a period of Seven years for entire LPG Automation System (Items supplied in Part A2 & Erected in Part B2 as in e-tender ID: 2017_MKTHO_51672_1). Cost of all spares, equipment, instruments & services, (Preventive & Breakdown) as required for maintenance, has to be borne by the Vendor at their cost during the AMC period complete as per scope of work defined in the tender document including posting of Resident Engineer. 9) Period of work - Total seven years (Initially One years and extendable for six more years on yearly basis at the same terms and conditions on sole discretion of IOCL) with effect from the date of placement of Work Order or as specified. Work Order for AMC shall be released on yearly basis by the plant.
