Tender For Office Furniture For R&D Cell 01 Executive table Specification :- Providing and placing in position table. Overall size of table shall be 1650 Width x 700 Depth x 743 Height (Main Desk) 1000 Width X 450Depth X 743 Height (ERU).Top shall be of 18 mm thickness made of PLT board with 2 mm Edge banding. Wenge and savannah Maple PLT board shall be used. The Understructure shall be in pre-laminated panels made with PLT boards. 2- Drawer and 3 - Drawer storage units with different combinations to support tops made with 18 mm PLT boards of different colours. Modesty and back panels made with 18 mm PLT boards. The pedestals / storages shall be fitted with necessary locks. 01 02 Work Table Specification :- Providing and placing in position table. Over all size of table shall be 1200 Width x 600 Depth x 750 Height mm. The Table Panels shall be made from 18 ±0.5mm thk Pre-Laminated Exterior grade PLT ( Grade I, Type-II )(IS 12823) with PVC edge banding on all sides. Drawer bottom panels shall be made up of 9mm thick (±1mm)Prelaminated Particle Board. Locking shall have been provided on top drawer only. Table shall have provision of CPU monitor, Drawer and Sliding KBPT. The Table shall have a knock-down construction 04 03 Storage unit low height Specification :- Providing and placing in position Storage unit . Construction shall be a knockdown construction of 25mm thk and 18mm thk Pre-Laminated boards with metal cladding of 0.8mm thk C.R.C.A (as per IS:513) from outside. Side metal cladding shall be coated with Epoxy polyester powder of 50±10 microns thickness. Wooden top shall be made of 25mm thick Pre-laminated board. The doors shall be made of 18mm thk Pre-laminated boards with decorative laminate on one side and backing laminate on the other side. Height wise adjustable shelf mounting holes provided on side panels for easy interchange of shelf height as required. Uniformly distributed load capacity for each shelf shall be be 40Kg maximum. The skirting units shall be provided with 150mm high skirting made of 0.8mm thick C.R.C.A (as per IS: 513) which shall be coated with Epoxy Polyester powder of 50±10 microns thickness. Screw type adjustable leveler with plastic base shall be provided for vertical adjustment for floor unevenness and leveling of units. Back panels shall be made of 18mm thick Pre-Laminated boards with options of Decorative laminate as well as Fabric finishes. It shall consist of single back panel.3-way nickel plated wooden furniture lock to be provided for effective and positive locking of doors. Aesthetically appealing recessed handles of Aluminium extrusion shall be provided for easy opening and closing. 02 04 Storage unit full height Specification 03 :- Providing and placing in position Almirah. Almirah With 4 Shelves shall have an overall size of 900mm(W)x450mm(D)x1830mm(H). The construction shall be rigid knock down construction and Material used shall be prime quality CRCA steel - panels from 0.6 mm thick & front frame. Shelf shall be 0.8 mm thick. Configuration (Door) shall be full height steel hinged door . Locking shall be Plastic Recessed Handle cum Cam lock with 3 way locking mechanism with shooting bolt arrangement.
