Back panel/Side panel of 55 to 60mm thick and height 1200mm with provision of Fabric/Glass/Board and made of powder coated aluminium section as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The work station shall have the provision of race way at 2 levels, one at skirting level and another above/below the work station top. Detailed specifications as per sample available at site. 4	Supply of Modular Table of size 1350X600X750mm made out of 25mm thick MDF Board of Interior Grade. Front/Back edge finished with machine pressed 2mm thick pvc lipping. Exposed surface of table top should be finished with 0.6mm thick lamination of approved make, shade and underside of table top should be finished with 0.80mm thick white balancing lamination of approved make. One cable manager with ABS Cover is to be provided as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Gable end: Made out of 25mm thick MDF Board, Exposed surface finished with 0.6mm thick lamination of approved make and shade. The bottom of the gable end are to be provided with pvc rubber gasket/buffers etc. The front vertical edges shall be finished with 0.8mm thick machine pressed pvc lipping. The gable ends shall be with an allowance for adjustment in height upto + - 25mm. Modesty panel: Shall be made of 18mm thick MDF Board interior grade of approved make and shade. The edges shall have 0.80mm thick pvc lipping. The modesty panel shall be 150mm above the ground level.
5	Pedestal Drawer Unit: Made out of 18mm thick MDF Board interior grade of approved make. The overall size of pedestal unit shall be having three drawers including locks and keys of approved quality. Slide channels shall be of stainless steel telescopic type of approved make. All exposed edges shall be sealed with pvc edge banding tape of matching shade and of standard quality.
6	Side Storage Unit: Providing, supplying and placing in position side storage unit of size 900X450X750mm. Top made out of 25mm thick MDF Board with front edge in half round post formed moulding. Shelf and shutter made out of 18mm MDF Board. Skirting: 15mm high skirting out of 18mm thick MDF Board. All expose surface should be finished with 0.8mm thick post form lamination of approved make and shade and underside should be finished with 0.5mm thick white balancing lamination. The unit shall be provided with push button lock with hinge keys.
7	Back Side Unit: Providing, supplying and placing in position side storage unit of size 1350X450X750mm. Top made out of 25mm thick MDF Board with front edge in half round post formed moulding. Shelf and shutter made out of 18mm MDF Board. Skirting: 15mm high skirting out of 18mm thick MDF Board. All expose surface should be finished with 0.8mm thick post form lamination of approved make and shade and underside should be finished with 0.5mm thick white balancing lamination. The unit shall be provided with push button lock with hinge keys.
8	Modular partition frame made out of Aluminium Section/roll formed M.S. Section. The core frame consist of a rectangular frame fixed with nut and bolt to horizontal section to form a rigid structure. All M.S. and C.R.C. components shall treated with 7 rank galvanized proess and finished with 50 micron thick of approved shade. Each frame supplied levelling bolts with knurling/fibre knob which allows 25mm adjustment. The size of the partition will be as specified in the drawings. Thickness of partition 60mm. Partition of height 1200mm. Skirting: 100mm high skirting top hinged or as per requirement at site panel cover raceways out of MS sheets and finished in approved shade powder coating. Raceways: Concealed raceway below/above work station top for transporting wires, cables ad conduits with top hinged flap out of MS powder coated sheets. The bottom race way will have wire carrier hangers and no horizontal member at the floor level. Top Trims & End Trims shall be of extruded aluminium sections of shape and finessed with approved shade powder coating. Caps corner foiled shall be top quality ABS pillar closed to the colour of the top cap & trims. Tile panel: All partitions shall have on both sides the tile panel of 12mm thick MDF Board properly laminated as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. All the edges shall be finished with hot pressed PVC lipping of matching shade. The tiles shall have sufficient number of clips on rear side to fix the tiles on partition. The tiles shall be fixed flush to the partition. Detailed specifications as per sample available at site.
9	Providing wall/column panelling with 12mm thick MDF Board over termite proof wooden frame with proper lamination on exposed surface and balancing lamination on unexposed surface including making suitable openings etc. as per requirements at site complete and as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
10	Providing wooden almirah made of 18mm thick commercial board of approved quality. The shutters shall be of 18mm thick plyboard and back shall be covered with 6mm thick ply. The almirah shall have 4 shelves making 5 compartments of 18mm thick commercial board. All the exposed surfaces/edges shall be finished with 1mm thick lamination of approved quality and shade and inner side shall be laminated with 0.8mm thick lamination. The hinges, handles and other fixtures shall be of best quality and make as approved by Consultant (Technical). The front area of the almirah shall be measure for the purpose of payment.
11	Supply and fixing of round table of dia 1500mm and height 750mm made out of 25mm thick MDF Board of interior grade finished with post formed lamination of 0.6mm thick on exposed surface and balancing lamination of 0.5mm thick on inner surface including PVC edge banding tape in matching shade as per approved drawing and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
12	Providing glass partition of 12mm full height toughened plain glass with glass door and lock and key arrangement with fittings in aluminium channel as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
