3	Dismantling and Replacement of Supply & Construction of High Alumina (60%) Standard Bricks (9”x4”x3”), Cost-iron Body Bricks, Fire clay and Super refractory castable instulationwork.
4	Furnace Manual Operating Door Main soft Bearing with cover Block, Handle Soft with Bearing & 20mm Chain with Spracket wheel fully change and Servicework.
5	Centrifugal pump of suitable MoC to circulate to Mild Alkaline water through the Venturi scrubber at a rate of not less than 2 Lit/s with a Discharge pressure Head of 3Kg.cm2(min) in the Venturi and SuitablePlumbing work.
6	Dismantling and replacement of Double Chamber Cremation Furnace to Venturi Scrubber, Venturi Scrubber to centrifugal fan (5HP), Centrifugal fan to Chimney connection Suitable Pipe line work.
7	Dismantling and replacement of 100feet Chimney Top 40 feet Pipe Change work (60" to 100") with Painting Work
8	Dismantling & Supply of Centrifugal fans (5HP) of suitable rating for Furnace smoke collect and through to the Chimney Operation System
9	Cost for Overall service & Machinery painting work & Electrical Panel Board.
10	Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
11	Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
12	Providing of Granular Sub base using Grade I materials of table 400 -1 of Morth with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by palce method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labourcharges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
