Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - --Supply & Service Section As per the note received from Reprography Division requesting to take necessary steps for the renewal of non-comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of the Kodak 3000 DV plus Digital Scanner. It is further stated that Kodak 3000 DV plus Digital Scanner is being used by the Reprography Division for Readers Service to provide printout. Its warranty period was over in 2012 and the earlier non-comprehensive AMC with M/s Kairee Systems Pvt. Ltd. is over in November, 2022. The equipment is in working order. AS the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Kodak 3000 DV plus Digital Scanner is Kodak, hence Shri Anupam Ray, Manager-Customer Service (East) has forwarded a proposal for renewal of the non-comprehensive AMC of the Kodak 3000 DV plus Digital Microfilm Scanner vide his email to [email protected] dated 06.06.2023 (Annexure-I). If the Director General approves the proposal for AMC of the Kodak 3000 DV plus Digital Scanner. Supdt. S & S Section may take necessary action for AMC of Kodak 3000 DV plus Digital Scanner at the earliest.
