SCOPE OF WORK SMP1- FAB OF MOVING ELBOW AT CMS. (1) Fabrication to be done as per drg. (A) QTY - 5 Nos DRG NO: 2222200200DFD40H031<(>,<)> REV-2 WITH PIPE DN 80 X SCH 80 AND ALSO CAP 3 X SCH 80 (1) Fabrication of moving elbow. (2) Material will be free issue by AM/NS. (3) Welding set + Cutting set + Tools + Tackles will be in vendors scope (4) Welding rod in vendors scope. (5) Hydro test to be done as per drg requirement. (6) Painting to be done. (7) Paint HR 600 will provide by AM/NS. (6) No any gap should be allowable in between pipe. (8) Pipe & plate rolling / bending will be done through CMS. (9) Inspection will be done by AM/NS base on dimension & DP test reports. (10) Job will be carried out by supervision of CMS. (11) Shifting of pipe from central store to CMS and unloading at CMS. Scope of Work- AM / NS India: - 1. Supervision and Job certification for executed jobs is in AM/NS (CGS) scope. 2. Provision of Drawing & Design is in AM/NS scope as per plant requirement as critical 3. Provision of all Spares including Paint for fabrication job execution is in AM/NS scope. 4. Provision of all Structural materials-angle, channel, beam, plates, pipes, etc. is in AM/NS scope. 5. Co-ordination for shutdown and work permit is in AM/NS (CGS) scope as to be fabricate / repaired at CGS. 6. Drinking water, Power supply, lighting facilities, Working Platform, etc. for workmen at Plant site is in AM/NS scope. 7. To & Fro arrangement for ready Equipment & Plates shifting is in AM/NS scope. 8. AM/NS to ensure that jobs are evacuated immediately after its readiness. 9. Final inspection and clearance before dispatch as per approved drawings / plant requirement after repair. 10. Sand Blasting in AM/NS scope. (If required) 11. Heat Treatment of the job (if required) as per CDE Team guidelines along with heat cycle; approved by CMS inspection team. 12. All machining jobs for job requirement are in AM/NS scope in coordination with CMS. 13. All welding electrodes which do not come under AWS specification (special electrode) are in AM/NS scope. 14. Machine and its operator required for plate bending/rolling is in AMNS scope for job completion. 15. Hydraulic Power pack, jack are in AM/NS scope (if required). 16. All required NDT items will be provided by AM/NS Scope. VENDORS SCOPE (1) Fabrication to be done as per drg. (2) Required material like, pipe , cap , elbow will be free issue by AM/NS. (3) Welding set + Cutting set + Tools + Tackles will be in vendors scope (4) Welding rod in vendors scope. considered E-7018 electrodes for the fabrication. (5) Hydro test to be done as per drg requirement. (6) Painting to be done. (7) No any gap should be allowable in between pipe. (8) Pipe & plate rolling / bending will be done through CMS. (9) Inspection will be done by AM/NS base on dimension & DP test reports. (10) Job will be carried out by supervision of CMS. (11) Shifting of pipe from central store to CMS and unloading at CMS in vendors scope. (12) Consumable like cutting gas, grinding wheel, and Oxygen will be in vendors scope. PROCESS WHILE FABRICATION 1) 100% root run & out pass welding by GTAW process only. 2) 5 mm & below 5 mm 100% GTAW. 3) 5 mm above 100% root run & out pass welding by GTAW welding process only. 4) 10% root run DP test. Specific Penalty for non-performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. a. Non-conformity of Work. b. Penalty will be imposed in case of noncompliance to HSE norms. c. Penalty will be applicable due to poor workmanship, safety violation, damage to AM/NS property from contractor side. d. As per Management Directive, transport / movement of associates to & fro for Plant should by mandatorily in 4 Wheelers and Buses. Bicycles and Two wheelers are strictly not allowed.
