Rate inclusive of all materials and labours only. 2.00 Nos. 10 Providing and fixing PTMT angle stop cock 15 mm nominal bore, weighing not less than 85 gms 3.00 Nos. 11 Providing and fixing PTMT half turn Patti valve 40 mm nominal bore with handle for operation etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. 1.00 Nos. 12 Providing plumber services for cleaning of choked GI water supply line from OH tank to Toilet including removing pipe line from union portion, cleaning the line using air/water blow and removing the rust, removing and refixing of fittings like bib cock, stop cock, piller tap, health faucet etc. and clearing the choked material from the line etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (The rate includes scaffolding, tools and plants required. The rate per bathroom with 3 bib cocks, 2 stop cocks, one piller tap. one health faucet, one shower with mixer and one guisser portion) 5.00 Nos 13 Making connection of new CPVC water supply line to existing Water storage tank by removing old GI pipe line, removing tank nipple etc. without damaging the water tank etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer in charge. 1.00 Nos.
