Load Carrier (1 Ton) is required for Mendhar & Allied Stn (incl Balnoi, Rana, Dabraj, Neelam, KDL-472, Nambal and another stn) and BG & Allied Stn (incl Basoni, Kanga Gali, Khori Nar, Tarkundi, Keri, Hanjanwali, Rajouri, Basoni, Peer Baba, Goldh, Sabra Gali, Phagwari Gali, Sune Gali, Hanstop and any other stn) in r/o HQ 323 Mtn Bde. 2. 500 Nos Vehicles are required for 05 Hrs/ 50 Kms as per trip based. 3. Load Carrier (1 Ton) Pickup is required. 4. Kms of the Vehicle will be counted from loading point to unloading point. 5. Vehicle required for the pd from 16 Aug 2023 to 31 Mar 2024 as per requirement. 6. Normally 48 Hrs notice will be given for provision of vehicles. In case of urgent military necessity the transport may be demanded over the Phone calls or Whats App on 12 Hrs notice period. 7. Seller will not be permitted to carry any unauthorized person/luggage and store in the vehicle once hired. A representative of the seller shall be allowed to supervise the loading/unloading at the loading /unloading installation. 8. Seller will lift whatever type of stores/ equipment i.e. sully/ordnance/engineers/miscellaneous stores and FOL including Arms and explosives or any other stores as directed to be lifted by the Government at the rates given in this agreement. 9. Seller will be responsible for safe carriage of stores/ luggage/personal and will not divulge to any one the nature of duty, destination and other information connected with defence efforts. 10. Maximum permissible weight to be loaded in a particular type of vehicles will be as per its RC/instructions issued by respective RTO. Total Quantity :
