    Rewinding Of 90 Kw &100 Kw Motors 1 Rewinding of Stator for 90 KW Motor This work includes dismantling the Motor, cleaning, stator rewinding with high quality copper wires/ bars, insulating material shall be class ‘F’, pre-heating, varnishing and baking in oven, assembling, tinning the sockets, replacement of bearings, painting and testing. 1 2 Rewinding of Stator for 100 KW Motor This work includes dismantling the Motor, cleaning, stator rewinding with high quality copper wires/ bars, insulating material shall be class ‘F’, pre-heating, varnishing and baking in oven, assembling, tinning the sockets, replacement of bearings, painting and testing. 1 3 Providing terminal connections for 90 KW Motor Fabricate a Terminal box with dimension 50 cm*35cm*25cm(L*W*D)Place the supporting insulators(6 Nos) in this box and give the connection from inside.(No need of providing link )The box should made by 3 mm thick CRCA steel sheet, which is totally enclosed, dust & water proof. Place an opening at the top of the box. It should be open with a nut and bolt system. The box should be IP 55.
