| 1 | Cleaning and desilting of sewer line of dia 450mm to 600mmupto 7.5m deep with machanical device by super sucker mechanically operated truck mounted of min 25 tonne capacity with min 12000ltr tanker and water tanker fitted with high pressure jet (Min jetting pressure 3000 PSI to 4500 PSI) machine including taking out debris, sealing of joint of sewer line found leaking with mixture of cement and other suitable chemical, installation of adequate number of pumping system leak proof stanking arrangment on U/S & D/S (Upper stream & Down stream) side of working length temporary rising main etc for smooth flow of sewerage system to avoid flooding in the area supply of all material, labour, tools & plants, temporary power connection with stand by generator set, gas detector for air ventilators etc and provision of safety equipments as per guidelines laid in IS 11972 (1987), ensurance of workmen & cleaning of site, removal of all hindrance\"s/obstractions unforeseen item, permission from other department (MES will only assit in getting permission etc), cutting of bituminous road, excavation, & restoring and getting the same constructed complete & nothing extra shall be payable ,including sludge water/semi solid or solid materials removing and depositing into excavated pit of suitable size outside of MOD land (incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil) allowing initial perculation of sludge water and finally burying the entire solid/semi solid material completely underground complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) After cleaning of sewer line a video of cleaned pipe line should be recorded.The video will be submitted by the contractor while claming the payment for the work.(b) No water supply given by MES, contractor should made arrangement for water no work should be heldup due to want of water.(c) MOU/Ownership of machine (Govt licence for sewer work) should be submitted.(d) The video recording should be kept in custudy of GE (west) for five year from date of completion. |

| 5 | M&L for Stoppage of sewage system (Roka) at manholes in running/flowing order with or without blockage having inner dia of pipe from 150mm to 1200mm and depth varying upto 7.5 mtr in any situation manually or mechanically as required, including sludge water/semi solid or solid materials removing and depositing into excavated pit of suitable size outside of MOD land (incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil) allowing initial perculation of sludge water and finally burying the entire solid/semi solid material completely underground complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) If the manually stoppage the sewage system, contractor ensure person should be wear proper PPE, oxygen mask, safety belt etc.(b) Required mtrl i.e sand bags, sand and any other mtrl included in quated rate. |
| 6 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for sewage line, manhole, foundation etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed.Note :-Insurance of workmen & cleaning of site, removal of all hindrance\"s/obstractions unforeseen item, Electric cable, Gas Pipe line etc permission from other department should be responsibility of contractor (MES will only assit in getting permission etc) re-storing and getting the same constructed/repaired/replacement complete & nothing extra shall be payable. |
