Note - All the material required for the work shall be arranged and provided by contractor.Terms and Conditions -1- This contract will be valid for only twelve months.2- During executioon of work all risk will be of contractor.3- Contractor will provide all T & P and men power for completion of work.4- In case of any part of printer is damaged it should be changed by the tenderor along with repairing & refilling, for which no payment will be allowed.5- The contractor on call for any fault/refilling to rectifie immediately within a hour and contractor will be responsible for maintenance of all printers timely.6- This agreement may be terminated at any time without giving any reasons.7- The quantity may be vary ±10%.8- GST will be paid extra as legally applicable.
