| 2 | M&L and T&P for attending complaints related to Geyser any capcity Inspection and maintenance of water heater (Geyser) of capacity, 25 lt to 50 litres including performing the following task at different locations at AF Stn Sarsawa.(a) Removing Geyser & flow unit & heating element & cleaning the inner, tank with suitable acid/Replacement of defective connection lead .(b) Checking and setting of thermostat between 50 to 55 degree Celsius(c) Check working of NRV stop cock, pressure release valve and servicing carefully to make it functional(d) Repairing of earthing connection, power switch, socket connection replacement of indicator lamp to make it functional(e) Examine water leakage and rectifying as required and replacement of rubber washer gasket etc to make it functional (f) Inspect over flow vent pipe, safety valve and remove blockage if required to make it functional.(g) Any other item required for making Geyser serviceable will be measured & paid seperately under respective items.Common Notes for Item No 1 & 2-(a) At least 01 electrician with 01 helper has to be deployed for day to day complaint rectification of Fan and Geyser at ARC campus/Airwing area/TX area Sarsawa. (b) Contractor must insure sufficient store and T&P for geyser such as pipe wernch,screw driver etc and T&P for fan repair such as bearing puller, Plier,Tester screw driver etc for attending complaint and stationary such as complaint slips, Registers etc.(c) Obtain user signiture on complaint slip and register & submitting the records to the office of Engr-in-charge. |
