Toperform such services and execute such works covered under the \"TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS( AGE B/R II AREA) AT AIRFORCE STATIONUNDER GE (AF) TRIVANDRUM\" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule during the period of One Year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) with errata/ amendments 1 to 3 and rates contained in the MES Standard schedule of rates Part-II (Rates) 2020 including Amendments Nos. 1 to 122 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts).

NOTE:(i) Bidder shall insert uniform percentage at the 6th row under column 6 of this BOQ sheet.(ii) Bidder shall refer and select the option Excess(+) or Less (-) available at the 6th row under coloumn 4 of this BOQ sheet, to quote the percentage above/below/at par on MES SSR -2020(Part-II) including Amendments Nos. 1 to 122 and including section No 30 (Runway and Pavement).(iii) Amount inserted by MES under the column 5 (estimated rate) and total amount reflected under Column 6 is approximate and for reference only.Irrespective of the amount reflected under Column 7, the CA Amount shall be limited to Rs. 19.20lakhs. Being Term contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR Part II 2020 including Amendments Nos. 1 to 122 and including section No 30 (Runway and Pavement) and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
