(ii) Blank field(s) of uploaded ‘BOQ sheet will construe that the same is/are either not applicable orincluded in quoted Basic price(s).(iii)Bidder shall quoteImport duties, Taxes, Levies etc. against the materials as applicable in India including Clearing & Forwarding, Freight & Transit Insurance charges etc. for safe door-delivery at B&R’s project site.(iv)For Foreign bidder Incoterm of Latest Revision shall be referred / followed for execution of the contract as an where applicable. (v) Selling rate\" of USD/EURO/POUND as given in BOQ of NIT shall be considered for evaluation. (vi) Quoting of priceany where intechno-commercial part ( Part-I) may lead to rejection of offer.(vii) All works pertaining to Clearing and Forwarding of the consignments/materials including preparation and processing of\"Billof Entry\", Observe Customs formalities, making Payment of Landing Charge, Customs Duties & other Statutory charges etc. , obtaining Delivery Order /Booking Order etc. and other works as per requirement of prevailing Customs Rules at Indian Sea/air Port, shall bein scope of vendor. Vendor shall engage a licensed Custom Clearing agent at Indian Sea/air port premises for this purpose .(vii) Optional item ( B.1 & B.2) will not be considered for Price evaluation.
