3Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed :All kinds of soil.
4Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m: All kinds of soil.
5Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation/ banking excavated or stacked materials:

7Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
8Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
9Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m: All kinds of soil.
10Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
11Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge:
12Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).
13Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
14Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
15Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:
16In cement mortar.
17Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
18Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
19Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.
20Supply of tractor with trailer on hire charges for 08 hours per day including rendering the services of 4 labourers, driver, fuel and other consumables, tools, tackles etc. for transportation of rubbish/ waste materials completeas per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(8 hoursworking period of one tractor is considered as onetractor day). Unit "EACH" (EA) stands for One tractor day.
21Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - Cement shall be free issue material. All work up to plinth level :
221:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
23Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (Cement shall be free issue material).
241:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
25Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level:

31STEEL SCAFFLODING (MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR"S SCOPE) The job includes supply of all scaffolding materials, transportation to work site, erection of scaffolding at site covering the areas specified as per ISMS-1007 safety standards and dismantling scaffolding after completion of job and taking away the scaffolding material including supply of all tools, tackles, consumables, labours and contractor"s supervision as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note: 1. For measurement in SQM: 2 (length + width) X height area covered by the scaffolding is to be taken. 2. Scaffolding measurement to be done by breaking the height into parts as per height slab mentioned below and adopting respective rates against mentioned height slabs

51Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :
52Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.
53Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade-New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).
54Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade- New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).
55Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade-Two or more coats on new work.
56Labour charges for collecting, removal and disposal of oily sludge/ muck etc. in liquid, semiliquid or in solid form or mixed together, from any pit like outpit of tanksincluding pits made for tank cleaning, guard basins, oilseparators etc. and / or sludge / muck collected from inside tanks including all loading, unloadingtransportation and disposal in melting pits and / orsludge pits or in disposal ground anywhere within owner"s premises for all lifts, removing oil spillageduring transporting by spreading sand, scraping the area etc. complete with all labour, tools and tackles,transport etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.
57Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. Note: Rate EACH (EA) stands for "Per letter per cm height".
58Supplying and applying various epoxy and other protective intermediate / finish paints of approved brand andmanufacturer at all heights over prepared/primed surface for steel structures, pipelines, tanks, vessels, equipments, concrete floors etc. as per manufacturers specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge all complete including all materials, labours, tools-tackles and consumables etcbut excluding Scaffolding. Note- No. of coats mentioned in the SOR items are only indicative and contractor has to achieve required DFTby applying more coats (if required) within the relevant SOR item rates.
59HB Epoxy based Zinc phosphateto achive a minimum DFT of 35-40microns (One or more coat of 35-40 micron).
60Two pack Acrylic Poly-urethane (PU) to achive aminimum DFT of 40-50microns (one or more coat of40-50 micron).
