Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Processing Of Phosphating And Painting Of Carrier 7A 6A A1. The firm has to carry out the job in Ordnance Factory Bhusawal premises. 2. The firm shall provide adequate number of labours having required skill to carry out the job as per scope of work, along with minimum one Technical Supervisor to monitor and control the work 3. Firm has to carry out following operations - 31 Collection of white stage carriers from production area, stacking in cage and positioning in phosphating area, in Carrier Shop. 32 Cleaning of rusty carriers manually with steel wool/emery paper/steel brush/cotton cloth, if required 33 Complete phosphating including all relevant process eg de-rusting, de-greasing, rinsing etc. if phosphating chemicals are not available, contractor will have to do red-oxide paint 3.4 Collection of phosphated carriers from phosphating plant and position in painting area. 33 35 Painting of carriers through O G/B G or A/D paint by available facility Contractor shall ensure before painting that carriers are dry and properly cleaned i e dirt/powder if any, is removed Contractor should strictly adhere to laid down process schedule for O G/B G or A/D painting 36 Fixing of Sealing Wire to the Catches 32 If a carrier is rectified by welding then cleaning of welded area, application of red oxide on welded area, allowing to dry, then painting OG/BG on repaired area, matching of the shade properly will be done by Contractor 3.8 Arranging final inspection and acceptance by QC 33 3.9 Contractor has to carry out rectification relating to surface treatment. In case of any welding defect (which will be rectified by factory) painting of affected area of carrier will be done by contractor 4 Colection of Raw Malenal, components etc from Store/Shop Floor and shifting to the work place 5. Assisting Ordnance Factory Bhusawal Quality department for conducting stage Inspection and Final Inspection. 67 Minor rectification during in-process of final inspection, if any 7 Shifting of final product from place of manufacture to storage area
