    Tender For Hiring Of Vehicle Hiring of Vehicle (Truck 24 feet long body Capacity (11-12 ton) TATA 1412/Eicher Pro 1110 or Similar) for EE (STC) Dhar MPPKVVCo.Ltd. Dhar, 01 No. Vehicle shall run minimum 1000 Km. per month. Model of vehicle should be latest Yr. or at least Not Old Manufacture Yrs. 2020 The Vehicle owner should be ensure that Rules of commercial, RTO and Other Tax releted department are followed preference will be given to Taxi-Permit vehicle. All terms and conditions will be as per Boards/Cos rule details of vehicle and rates should be submitted as under A] Name of Vehicle Owner & Address. B] Type & No. of Vehicle. C] Model Yr. of Vehicle D] Offered rates upto 1000 Km. i.e. monthly fixed charges Rs. E] Offered rates for over & above 1000 Km. i.e. variable charges per Km. Rs. F] Milage factor G] Expected monthly run of vehicle In Km. H] Base Rate of Diesel Rs. Per Ltr. IPV Rates applicable Per Km. (As per prescribed formula). JJ Condition regarding age of vehicle and contract period. K] Evaluation procedure which shall be followed.
