    Tender For Data Management Software For Accreditation And Assessment Data Management Software for Accreditation and Assessment ⚫ There should be provisions to collect and organize data required foraccreditation and assessments from teachers, departments, and other units ofthe University. ⚫ There should be regular updations of the software based on changes in theaccreditation frameworks ⚫ There should be options to upload activity reports, photos, videos, and links. ⚫ There should be functionality-based User Roles to enter/review/approve data. ⚫ There should be provision for locking approved data, to protect fromedits/deletion. ⚫ Relevant privacy protection, with personal data access allowed only toauthorized roles must be ensured. The software shall be cloud-hosted with a one-time procurement orsubscription model, with a provision to access from a domain of the University. ⚫ Storage of data & supporting documents should be highly secured and haveadequate data backups. Note: The bid should be quoted as a one-time procurement charge or three-year subscription charge, with required user licenses. Separate quotes shall be given for one-time procurement and three-year subscription.
