Tender For Annual Rate Contract For General Waste Disposal From Cmsru.; Collection Of General Waste / Garbage Other Than Steel, Non Ferrous Metals, Hazardous Waste & Pol Products From Cmsru Yard And Disposal Of The Same With State Govt Approved Facility For A Period Of One Year. * Disposal Certificate To Be Provided For Each Time Of Disposal. *Consider Approximately 1 To 20 Tons Of Waste Per Disposal And Vendor Should Arrnge The Vehicle Accordingly. *Collection Of Garbage From Yard ( Both Id And Dry Dock ) Designated Locations To Be Arranged Contractor. All Resources ( Like Bobcat, Jcb, Cranes Etc. ) For Collection And Disposal Will Have To Be Arranged By Contractor. *Forklift Facility For Assistance Of Loading Will Be Arranged By Yard Based On Lifting Weight. All Manpower For Collection, Loading And Unloading To Be Arranged By Contractor. *All Gate Passes Incliding Vehicle / Equipment Entry Passes And Customs Formalities With Mbpt To Be Arranged By Contractor. *Intimation For Disposal Will Be Given By Officer In Charge And, Actual Disposal To Be Carried Out Within 48 Hours From Intimation. * Payment Will Only Be Processed On Producing Of Disposal Certificate And Certification Of Tonnage By Officer In Charge. * The Scope Covers Collection And Disposal Of Garbage From Hughes Dry Dock And Cmsru Ids, Cmsru Yard Designated Areas, Indira Dock, Mumbai Port Trust. *Total Scope Of Work Will Be The Disposal Of Approximately 1000 Tons ( For Estimation Purpose Only ) . Actuals May Vary + / - 50% Based On Actual Garbage Generation. *The Vendor Should Quote Per Ton Basis. *Executing Officer, Material Officer And Planning Officer Shall Certify The Disposal At Each Instances To Consider The Disposal As A Trip. * Charges Of Weighbridge At Mbpt To Be Arranged By Contractor. *Though The Contract Shall Be Valid For 1 Year Cmsru Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract For A Period Of Six Months With Same Rates, Terms & Conditions.
