6Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conformingto IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparingthe surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. With medium setting bitumen emulsion

9Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam usingcrushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed withbituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site bytippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor tothe required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smoothwheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achievethe desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatonsand directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumenof grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix)and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate)prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPHcapacity.
10Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stoneaggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binderand filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying withpaver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory andtandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as perspecification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of gradeVG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) andlime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate)prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPHcapacity.
11Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concreteinterlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block makingmachine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design& shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mmthick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sandetc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
12Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stoneof M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, leveland curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarsesand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness ofjoints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), includingmaking drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shallbe measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approvedby Engineer-in-charge).
13Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).
14Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate(size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material with water at OMC infor all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanicalpaverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surfaceand compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity toachievethe desired density, complete as per specifications anddirections of Engineer-in-Charge.
15Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ centralverge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceablematerial to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be madeseparately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre leadas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
16Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ centralverge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceablematerial to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be madeseparately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre leadas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
17Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern overand including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling thejoints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
18Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in positionto the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or withoutgrooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not bemore than 5 mm), including making drainage opening whereverrequired etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Lengthof finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerbstones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
19Add for revised GST @18% in place of 12% ie 6.33%
