Replacement of crank shaft assembly by providing / fitting of new crank shaft assembly, bearing key, bush, connecting rod LP T- Line, connecting rod H.P 3000. Providing / filling of new Lubrication oil T-30 - 5 ltrs., Oil seal as per sample, Gasket cover crank, Gasket shaft end cover, copper washer 3/8, air head gasket 15T2, Valve assembly complete, piston ring set, piston pin assembly, cylinder and piston assemblies, copper washer1/2, cylinder flange gasket, manifold connection, manifold gasket -15 T2, copper washer 5/8 x 0.31 thick, cap screw HEX 3/8 X 1 and oil filler plug and then complete assembling of the pump. The complete job includes cost of material, lubricating oil, transportation charges, labour charges (skilled labour), all unforeseen items/jobs necessary for completion of job and all taxes etc. as per site requirement including testing of the vacuum pump at site. |

Replacement of lubrication oil of New Vacuum pump no. 5, Vacuum pump no. 6 (IR make model no 15 V) of 149 CFM Capacity installed in New Gas plant of GMCH Jammu by way of providing/filling of 5 Ltrs T-30 Lubrication oilinto the oil container ofeach Vacuum Pump. The job also includes providing of 10 ltrs of T-30 Lubrication oil for periodic topping of vacuum pump nos. 1 to 6 for preventing the above pumps from major breakdowns. The complete job includes cost oflubricating oil, transportation charges, labour charges (skilled labour), all unforeseen items/jobs necessary for completion of job and all taxes etc. |
