| 1 | Removing and clearing of debrisearth, mud, stones, bottles, metal coil, wooden pieces, plastics, fallen ore cargoes, waste materials and any other waste materials, etc. under any foul condition from the railway tracks and between the eight Railway tracks and nearby areasas directed by Assistant Traffic Manager (Railway)/ATM (R) or any other Senior Officials from Traffic/ CE Department, including supplying of manpower such as mazdoors, supervisors,mobilising hand tools such as gamellas, pickaxe , panja, para, crow bars,etc ., deploying JCB/ excavators/ other machineries andtipper for loading /unloading, transportation of all the debris, oreas mentioned aboveout of operational Areas/ handing over to Port Users/ disposing off in operational areas as directed by Assistant Traffic Manager (Railway)/ATM (R) or any other Senior Officials from Traffic/CEDepartment, including co-ordination with Panel Room staffs , AEN (RLY), S&T Section staffs, Port Users, etc. complete.(Note:TheRailway Track to be maintained is about 14.00 KM track length per Monthfor 12 months. The supervisor engaged for the above work should have mobile phone facilities and vehicle for proper co-ordination with Traffic Dept., Port users, Railways for execution and supervision of the works. The work shall be executed without damaging the railway track components, S&T cables, fixtures, etc. The contractor has to inspect the railway yard before submitting of bid. The removal of existing debris/ore in railway track is included in this tender. 60 days’ time will be allowed for removal and clearing of existing debris from the railway track.Clearing of debris/ore within 30.00 mtr radius of Silo loading/unloading point is excluded from the Contract. The work shall be carried for 8.00 hrs per day between 8.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. or any other time as directed byAssistant Traffic Manager (Railway)/ATM (R) or any other Senior Officials from Traffic/CEDepartment. ) |
