Attending essential work of day to day maintenance faults in water supply pipe line in and out side the blocks, pumping the water supplyto all flats daily from borewell to sump to OHT,periodical maintenance of pumpsets with required tools and plants etc.,all completeas directed by the departmental officers(From 01.09.2023 to 31.03.2024) Rate including GST 18%.

Attending essential work of Sweeping and cleaning the colonyincludingcleaning open space, common area, staircase area andsurrounding area of the Blocks in the colony.Alsoremoving the blocks in the sewer line if any and desilting the inspection chamber gully trap etc., including all materialssuch as broom sticks, soap, phenoyl etc... and labour, conveyance etc..all completeas directed by the departmental officers.(From 01.09.2023 to 31.03.2024 )Rate including GST 18%
