On attending the call agency representative will repot the nature & cause of problem to the concern authority by sms /Email /whatsapp. If possible he / the team will try to resolve the problem immediately. But if it is impossible then he will report the concern authority & will sent the damaged part / system to the concern service station / manufacturing company for repairs/replacement under warranty or in AMC & will reinstall the same. |
