| 2 | M&L for preparing surfaces for roof treatment by removing all loose gravel, dirt,oil, grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and clean the surfaces mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application , rerpair all cracks by cutting V groove and fill with PMC mortar ( polymer modified cement mortar ) prepared in ratio as per manufacturers specification provide 75mm x 75mm coving made out of PMC mortar as above on all joints of vertical upstandto ensure that moisture content in the prepared surfaces does not exceed 5% immediately before application of liquidmembrane.
