| 1 | Carriage of sub station structure by private carrier from EFU, Naini, Prayagraj to 220 KV Sub station Phulpur. Job includes loading of material by shifting of these from storage place to road side, safely loading of these on vehicle, transportation of materials from EFU, Naini, Prayagraj to 220 KV S/S Phulpur by private vehicle having one side distance approx. 55 Kms. unloading of material from vehicle safely and shifting these to store and proper stacking. ( Rate includes all labour, T&P charges and all associated work to perform the job satisfactorily). |
| 2 | Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure including shifting of material from store to site of erection. |
| 3 | Fabrication and modification in existing CCM for suitablity with transfer bus. |
| 4 | Erection of following equpments as per instruction manual of various equipments including its shifting from the store to site loading other associated works to complete the job satisfactory. |

| 9 | Jumpering of equipments by ACSR conductor including shifting of conductor, fitting, insulators from store to site, its straightening, cutting, bending of conductors for making jumpers and shifting of remaining of conductor/material from site to the store. |
| 10 | Laying of following size of unarmoured control cable in the cable trench from the control relay panel to the various equipments junction boxes etc. in switchyard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 75 mm distance with MS saddle of size 25x3mm including carriage of cable drums from store to the laying site and shifting back of remaining materials back to store and other associated work to complete the job satisfactory. |

| 19 | Earthing of auxiliary structures by 75x10 mm size MS flat including cutting, straightening, bending, laying 600 mm below ground level by digging trenches of suitable size. Its welding with main earthmat including painting of joints with non corrosive paint on flat. Painting of the flats above ground level with good quality shalimar/Asian make bus green paint after cleaning and applying one coat red oxide primer on the flats. Back filling of excavated earth, its leveling and proper ramming and all associated works including the cost of labour, T&P required to complete the job satisfactory. |
