Supply and installation of fully insulated wooden fire door of 120min. fire rating, of maximum 52mm thickness, comprising of 75mm x 44mm hardwood internal timber frame work, with infill insulation of 20mm thick of of 48 kg/m3, wool insulation, coated with viper intumuscent coating on both sides for insulation. The coated insulation shall be sandwiched between min 12mm thick Non Combustible (Calcium Silicate) Boards on both sides (edge to edge on internal Hardwood frame) and cladded with 3mm Thick Commercial Ply & 1mm Thick Laminate (Any Regular Plain Shade In Suede Finish) on both faces, with 52mm x 10mm exposed hard wood lipping all round the shutter the main door frame will be made out of Hard Wood (Red Mirandi) of section 120 x 70mm and coated with viper Fire retardent Primer. The rebate shall be of 20mm x 55 mm in Door Frame to accommodate the shutter in frame.The frame shall be fitted with fire & smoke intumescent seal of size 20 x 4mm on frame & shutter . The pasting of the ply / laminate should be done using automatic machine and should be free from any nails or perforations. The manufacturer should be compliant to ISO 9001: 2008 and CE certified, manufacturer should be covered under IGBC scheme. Approved manufacturer Navair International Ltd or Hormann or equivalent as approved by Engineer -In-Chargeand should be ISO Certified company.The board shall be Resistant to vermin, mould growth, minor impact, abrasion and short term water attack and shall be Off –white in colour with a smooth surface suitable to receive most forms of decoration having following technical characters i.e.; The Construction design similar to NWD12050 and similar to the design tested as per BS 476 part 22 and IS 3614 Part II, at CBRI, India. The shutter can be provided with appropriate openings for view panel glass. Prototype Test certificate for fire rating of doorsfrom CBRI, Roorkee for earlier tested design shall be attached along with manufacturers test certificate. as per approved architectural drawings and complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-charge.Note: Above quoted prices for rate per door are inclusive of the following:1. Single rebated Hard Wood (Red Mirandi) frame of section 120x70mm finished with fire retardant primer. The frame is fitted with fire seal of size 20*4 mm (intrumscent seal)2. 52mm thick wooden shutter faced with 3mm thick Commercial ply & 1mm thick Laminate (Any Regular Plain Shade In Suede Finish) on both face.The shutter is fitted with fire seal of size 20*4 mm (intrumscent seal)
