| 1 | Manning Public Health installations such as sluice valves, potable water main lines, sewer lines and septic tanks at various locations of Civil Maint. T/ship and Factory area on day to day basis by scouring the, water lines for the smooth operations of the network.However any fault found during inspection, shall be attended under separate sub-head. For this purpose contractor has to deploy two persons (one skilled and one unskilled) with all the tools & tackles, which will be treated as one unit of operation. |
| 2 | Inspection of toilet blocks of offices / control room/ change room/ canteen/ public buildings / guest house / hospital etc. in T/ship and Factory areas on day-to-day basis to make the sewerage system free from any chokages. The scope of work includes the cleaning of wastes of wash basins / sinks / floor traps / WC pans/ Urinal pots etc. and complaint received during the day office timings. For attending the above scope of work , the contractor has to deploy at least two sewermen with all the tools & tackles on day-to-day basis as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 4 | Repair of kitchen floor, floor trap, sink, kitchen slab etc. |
| 5 | Repair of floor of W.C. and bath room. |
| 6 | Repair work of boundary wall, room wall with small patch plasters / Pointing. |
| 7 | Repair of floor of back / front varandahs, Drawing rooms, bed rooms etc., |
| 8 | Rapair of doors / windows / ventilator sills. |
| 9 | Rapair of cracks in walls / roofs etc. |
| 10 | And any other Masonry jobs which is minor in nature and is un-measurable. |
| 11 | Note: For this purpose, the contractor has to deploy one mason and one helper to attend day to day complaints recived from Civil Complaints Office, with all the tools & tackles and materials like sand and aggregate. However, Cement required for the job shall be issued free of cost by NFL. All / any job attended in each quarter in a day shall be treated as one complaint.The contractor has to quotes their rates accordingly against each complaint and payment shall be made on the basis of complaint attended. |

| 13 | Repair doors / windows / ventelators chokhats and shutters. |
| 14 | Repair / replacing of wire mesh to doors / window shutters |

| 16 | Reparing of cupboards chokhats / shutters. |
| 17 | Repair of curtian rods / pelments etc. |
| 18 | Repair of doors / windows stoppers. |
| 19 | Repair / refixing of tower bolts, sliding door bolts, handle to door / windows / ventelators. |
| 20 | And any other Carpentry jobs which is minor in nature and is un-measurable. |
| 21 | Note: For this purpose, the contractor has to deploy one carpenter and one helper to attend day to day complaints recived from Civil Complaints Office, with all the tools & tackles and materials like screw & nails etc, required for the job. However, wooden material required for the job shall be issued free of cost by NFL. All / any job attended in each quarter in a day shall be treated as one complaint.The contractor has to quotes their rates accordingly against each complaint and payment shall be made on the basis of complaint attended. |
