Complete design, drawing, establishment of permanent Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Processing Plant(s), along with its operation and complete maintenance for a period of 15 (fifteen) years from the Commercial Operation Date (COD), strictly complying the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016, on Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) basis.(Rate to be quoted as tipping fee, per MT cost of input fresh waste processed through its own setup of plants, equipment and machineries and scientific disposal of different fractions, strictly complying the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 and any other directives/orders issued by the Government of India/Government of West Bengal time to time, from the dumpsite, strictly as per the scope of work, inclusive of GST)

NOTE: This BOQ will be treated as indicative and Department will ignore Computer-Generated Comparative Statement. We will not consider the Highest or Lowest bidder from the Computer-Generated Comparative Statement Sheet. We will consider only Numerical Figure up to two Decimal places as per BOQ for manual evaluation process as per RFP to select the successful bidder who gets the Lowest quoting NPV
