Supply Of Trays For Main Fractionator Column Tag No. 101-C-001 Of Indmax Unit Of Moc Ferritic/ Austenitic Super Duplex Ss , List Of Item(S) / Work(S) As Per Tender Documents , Column Trays,Tag:101-C-001,Sulzer, As Per Technical Specification Sheet , Expert Supervision -Charges For Providing Expert Service Engineer(S): Agency Shall Provide Both Qualified And Experienced Professional Only To Supervise Column Internals Installation Of Mass Transfer Components As Well As Inspection Services On Existing Column Internals During Shutdown Of Plant. The Service Engineer Has To Observe The Installation Of Equipment And Verify Specifications. This Verification Includes Full Responsibility For The Installation/Replacement/Repair Jobs. Days Are Considered For Both Site Mock-Up & Supervision During Indmax Shutdown For Repair, Removal And Installation Of Column Internals(Trays). Note : The Unit Ea Indicates Per Diem Charges For Each Expert Service Engineer On 12 Hour Shift. , Travelling+ Lodging/Boarding -Tavelling Charges(Flight): Travel Expenses I.E. Flight(Economy Class) Incurred Per Visit. Flight Travelling Expenses Shall Be Reimbursed At Actuals Upon Submission Of Supporting Documentary Evidences. The Cost Has Been Taken For Estimation Purpose Only (With Taxes). 3	Expert Supervision -Charges for providing Expert Service Engineer(s): Agency shall provide both qualified and experienced professional only to supervise column internals installation of mass transfer components as well as inspection services on existing column internals during shutdown of plant. The Service Engineer has to observe the installation of equipment and verify specifications. This verification includes full responsibility for the installation/replacement/repair jobs. Days are considered for both site mock-up & supervision during INDMAX shutdown for repair, removal and installation of column Internals(Trays). Note : The unit "EA" indicates Per diem charges for each Expert Service Engineer on 12 hour shift.
4	Travelling+ Lodging/Boarding -Tavelling Charges(Flight): Travel expenses i.e. flight(Economy Class) incurred per visit. Flight Travelling expenses shall be reimbursed at actuals upon submission of supporting documentary evidences. The cost has been taken for estimation purpose only (with Taxes). Note: The unit of measurement "EA" represents charges for each expert (To & Fro).
5	Travelling+ Lodging/Boarding - Tavelling Cab/Taxi charges: Travel expenses incurred against Taxi/Cab charges from Guwahati Airport to Bongaigaon. Charges incurred against Travel through Cab/Taxi shall be reimbursed at actuals upon submission of supporting documentary evidences. The cost has been taken for estimation purpose only (with Taxes).
