    Tender For Leasing Of Office Premises 1. Carpet area measuring minimum 2500 Sq. feet with closed campus having nearby parking space for 15 to 20 four-wheeler vehicles. 2. Building should not be old by more than 07 years. Building should have at least 5-6 rooms, 2 halls, bathrooms/toilets and should be in well maintained condition and should have separate access for space above first floor should be there & Building having a sufficient cross ventilation. 3. If office space is above Ground floor, it should have convenient access. 4. Building should have electric & water supply connection & fittings. Required power load (6 AC, 1 Photocopier machine, 9 computers and printers and electrical accessories) for the normal functioning of the NHAI and the requisite electrical wiring/ points will be provided for power backups. 5. Area measuring Maximum 2500 Sq. feet of carpet area require in approved commercial buildings/ individual buildings, the building should be within 10 km from DM Office, Collectorate, Commissioner Office & IIT Gate Kanpur.
