7Supply and fixingin repair 1100 volts grade 4 Sqmm twin core flat heavy duty cable PVC insulated,PVC sheet with aluminium conductors, multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC shathed for street lights connections in service connections. including disconnection and removing the unserviceable cable.
8Supply and fixingin repair 1100 volts grade 6 Sqmm twin core flat heavy duty cable PVC insulated,PVC sheet with aluminium conductors, multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC shathed in service connections
9Supply and fixingin repair street light bracket made out of 25mm dia light grade pipe 1.2 mtr long bend to shape along with two FI clamp made out of 20mmx3mm including nut, bolt, washersincluding painting of one coat primer and two coat of aluminium synthetic enamel paint all as directed and taking down the existing bracket.
10Material and Labour Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground nut less then 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth leadwire 4 mm diaby means of bolts, nut check nuts and washers of galvanised ironor steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to main switch distribution board completeand testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The unit rate shall also includes for excavation and earth work, in/any type of soil, pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore GI medium grade, RCC1:2:4 type B1 cover for earrth chamber, 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bar 150mm C/C both ways & 6mm dia MS round bars as handles of cover slab all as specified.
11Material and labour in replacement/repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009)connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4)type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
12Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm buried in ground for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter if required.
13Supply & Fixingin repair steel tubing GI light grade 50mm bore for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing to poles all as specified and directed.
14All as per item above but for 40 mm dia GI Pipe complete all as specified and as directed
15Material and Labourfor Preparation ofold painted surfaces of steel tubular poles 9/11 Mtr long including cross arms protection pipe by rubbing propperly with the help of embry/sand paper and painting one coat of aluminium paint fromabove ground level to top of pole and cross arms and protection pipe Engr-in-charge paint including writing poles numbersin white letter on black ground or as directed complete. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
16Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof/trenchesincluding bricks/PCC Covers completeallas directed by Engr-in-Chrage.
17Supply and laying XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 2 core x 10 Sqmm including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

27Supply and fixingin repair loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 210 x 115mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

32Supply, errecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-55) confirming to IS 2713(Part 1 to 3) 11 mtr complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/finial taper plug, bolts,nuts, washers including two coats of black bituminious paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coate of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excation, earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately.
33M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm (using graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete of stay assembly/ pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.
34M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B-1( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping foundation,filling and mass concrete including frame work for poles complete all as specified and directed
35Material and Labour for disconnecting burnt end or portion of HT/LT cablefrom pole/AB Switch/OH Lines/GOD/Transformer and removing from GI pipe/loopincluding all GI clamps,nut bolts washers etc including necessary excavation & earth work relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals/HT /LT Joints including re- fixing of new lugs for 16 Sqmm 3.5/ 4 to 120 Sqmm cablecomplete all as specified and directed. Note : Cable joint will be measured and paid separately in therespective items.
36Material and Labour for taking out HT/LT Poles through cutting/weldingor & breaking of concrete foundation encasing the pole through excavtionwithout damaging and making good to the diturbed place as around after disconnecting all Cross Arms/Earthing GI Strips./Angle/AB Switch/LA/GOD/Pin/Disc insulators fromand re-fixing or deposite inMES yard. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cable joint will be measured and paid separately in therespective items.
37Material and labour for straight through joint for LT Cable 1100 Volts grade epoxy/ XLPE type of size 25-35 Sqmm 3.5 Core /4 CoreSqmm including taking out/separating the faulty portion of the cable,preparing it for fixing of joint and testing on full load after repair all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
