15	M & L for earthingcomplete with copperl earth plate electrode60 x 60cm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . 17	Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.
18	Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 metres and depositting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
