| 3 | Providing Cement Concrete M-15 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm down grade crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality quarried free from weathered skin,quarry debris and foreign materials using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specification including hoisting, lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with Vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials with (excluding cost of M.S. rod carriage and labour for cutting, binding, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) all cost of tools & plant, cost and carriage of water etc with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and supervision charges including mobilisation and de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Supplying, Straightening, cutting, bending , bindingand tying the grills and placing HYSD bars reinforcement in position as per approved design & drawing for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement includinglapping where necessaryincluding cost,conveyance & supply of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour , with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot with cost & conveyance and all taxes of steel bars of any reinforcement supplying all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement of for payment) |
| 5 | Providing rigid smooth centering & shuttering (with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts, wherever required) for concrete works as per site requirement including falsework and including cost, conveyance,royality & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delifts including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the items etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge (for Foundation, Plinth band and footing bases of columns mass concrete pre cast slab, walls and fins including attached pillasters, floor & roof slab, landings, balconies, projecting sun shades, chajjas upto 4.30M etc ) |

| 7 | Earth workin all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts to proper slope and profile as per the requirement including the rough dressing and disposing off the soil at designated place marked for the purpose (Filling of low lying areas only to avoid all types of environment hazards) alongwith supply of all labour and tools & plants, all materials, labour including all taxes as per prevailing norm & supervision charges to complete the item of workand as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (comparison of Measurement will be made both at excavated area & dump area for tallyng the quantity ,if mechanical excavation is adopted the rate will be reduce accordingly and measurement will betaken on the finished level section and 12.5 voids volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section ) |
| 8 | Rough stone dry packingin aprons and revetments to all heights and thickness using hard stone of30 CM and abovesize weighing 140 Lbs/Cft and above of approved quality free from weathered skin including filling interstices with small stones by edging and hammering to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials labour & T&P materialsrequired for the item completely as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( 1/6th Vol. will be deducted towards voids) |
