2MS Scaffolding system: Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Pipe: Providing & fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work & fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.
14Demolising work:Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars & disposal of unserviceable material outside site to an unobjectionable place as/ direction of Engineer-in-charge
15Demolition of Reinforcement Bars: Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Hard Rock(Blasting Prohibited) chiesel/pneumatic drilling: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including taking out and disposal of excavated earth within or outside site to unobjectionable place and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.
17PCC for laying drainage pipe: Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying & curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9109 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of engineer in charge, ALL WORKS UPTO PLINTH LEVEL. Less cement used as per design mix (if any) will be recoverable separately. No extra payment against extra cement if used shall be payable.
