Design, Engineering, manufacture of material and bought out components procurement and Supply, Assembly at shop, System Engineering, supply, testing and inspection (FAT, IFAT & System Integration Test), Packing and forwarding, documentation, Supply and commissioning spares, special tools and tackles, mandatory spares, consumables erection materials, supervision for wiring, installation, pre- & post commissioning, commissioning SAT, Handover and other associated work includes associated residual engineering and Additional services as required (e.g.: Site supervision services, training, warranty), and handing over of all the facilities including supply of all spares, tools & tackles etc. of DCS system along with its sub systems and accessories for Utility boiler & HRSG system, Raw water filter unit & Raw water treatment plant and supply of sub-systems, consoles & accessories at SRR and existing CPP boiler control room for utility boiler and HRSG system. Supply of cabinets for the new feed filter and treatment plant in the utility CR-3 control room and relocation of existing 3 nos of consoles (2 nos of operator station, 1no of engineering station) to CR-3 control room, complete interface with the existing systems at existing boiler control room and complete interface between the supplied DCS cabinets and consoles for Raw water treatment plant & Raw water filter unit including co-ordination & testing etc to meet the plant operation successfully within the schedule provided.It is the VENDOR’s responsibility to supply the system as per MR
