3By pass of existing sewerline
4Plugging of manhole both from upstream and pumping of Sewage from upstream or downstream sides while carrying out rectification of the Sewerlines /removing chokeup with sand bags and removing the same plugging after completion of the said work and making way for the smooth flow of sewage as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
5Desilting the sewer lines through jetting and suction machines including cleaning, barricading, and reconstruction of Manholes for section isolation by plugging and flow stoppage, setting up the over-pumping arrangements, traffic management jetting and dislodging. of accumulated silt from the pipelines, removal of silt through suction hose, disposal of removed silt upto a distance of 20 Km, necessary temporary repairs of sewers to stop locational collapses, ingress of ground water in the desilted section of the pipelines all complete as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. 7Evaluating pipeline condition through inline Closed Circuit Television survey to assess the internal condition and material of the buried pipelines including accurate measurement of the length & diameter / cross sections, invert levels and other physical attributes of buried pipelines, identification of all defects, joints and connections, measurement and recording of their location/ position, sizes, & conditions of such pipelines including provision of survey report and records of the conditions, both through video recording in PAL format on a new VHS cassette as well as a report on the structural condition of the pipelines as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Injection Rasco Flex 110X EN/RascoFlex 110EX& Will Stop 1C is a slow-hardening, rigid, two-component injection resin based on polyurethane/ for water proofing and stabilization of water bearing structures. in to the packers from out side the pool junction to seal the cavities with grouting and mechanical plugging.
23III) Open the joints on the junctions of the walls, remove all loose particales clean it with water for any dust etc, apply High performance, Hydrophobic, waterproof, Non-Sag, Cohesive, WaterRetentive, breathable,Drying Cementitious Premixed plaster SS-HydroNil PM & SS Quick stop super in to the joints with line and level.
24IV) Repointing the masonry and applying a 5mm thick lining of a Mineral Based, Waterproof, Surface Protection System for Sewage Lines and Manholes, Stormwater, Potable Water, Dams and Marine Infrastructures such as Tri-Sewcoat. Tri-Sewcoat is a two_x005f_x005f_x005f_x005f_x005f_x0002_component, waterproof and protective coating / lining mortar system consisting of a mineral based powder, Tri-Sewcoat and a Liquid Additive, Tri-Bond SBI. 37Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Survey
38Conducting SUE Survey in a corridor of 4-6 meter width to detect buried utilities like pipes, cables etc. in such corridor. Marking of the detected utilities on the map of corridor with information of locations and depths to the top of various utilities detected. Onsite detection to be conducted using minimum tools of Electronic Pipe Locator (EPL) and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). GPR work to be conducted using 500MHz and 300MHz antenna for best possible resolution and penetration. The specifications are SUE survey should be in accordance with "Code of Practice for Subsurface Utility Engineering Suiting Indian Conditions - Guidelines & Specifications for Detection , Verification & Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data".
