| 1 | Providing & Fixing of security cabin of size 1.8Mx1.2M (outer dimension) totally insulated cabin with sand witch type wall panels with thermo col insulation with both sides sloping roofs of thermo col insulation board sheet 46-48 mm thick having height of 8.50 ft. high wall consisting of ms sheet 0.6 mm with insulation of polystyrene core (thermo col) of 16 Kg/m3 density including providing & fixing of doors and windows. (a) Walls: walls shall be made up of two nos. of 0.6mm thick ms sheet with 40-45mm thick polystyrene core (thermo col)bounded together using polyvinyl accrete based bounded material to make the total thickness of wall 47-48 mm. The insulation panels are inserted into GI bottom sections of 35 x 50 x 35mm and 1.60 cm thick. The panels are made of 1.22 x 2.44 meter size and/or as required & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The wall panels are vertically connected with the help of GT "H" profile size 25 x 50 x 25mm and 1.60mm thick "U" shape channel. (b) Door: Door made up of non-decorative type flush door shutters 30mm thick with sectional door frame of size 6 ft. x 2.5 ft. made up of T/L section 40 x 40 x 6mm and door having 1 No. sliding door bolt 300mm x 16mm 1 No. aluminum tower bolts 250 x 10mm and 2 Nos. aluminum door handle 125mm size. (c) Windows: 4mm Modi flat glass slide in aluminum E channel 25mm glass window size 2 ft. x 2.5ft. (3 Nos., 2.5ft x 2.5ft. (1 Jo.)), including locking arrangements etc. complete. Roof: Roof panels shall be made of 2 Nos. 6mm Non- As best Of fiber cement sheet duly filled in with 35mm thick Polystyrene cores are bounded together using Poly-vinylacetate based bounded material ( specification same as per walls are applicable). All the roof panels are rested in the sloping position and connected with MS tube of 50mm x 50mm, 12 gauge, roof shall have projection of 30 cm all round ( in all direction). (d) Floor: MS tube 25mm x 50mm, 12 gauge shall be welded in grid of 60mm x 600mm with BWP grade marine board 12mm with PVC LG make 1.5mm thick on top. The floor shall be 8" (approximate) above ground on caster wheel 6" dia. Mount on fixed MS bracket. The space between permanent floor and security cabins floor shall be covered with G.I. plain sheet 2mm thick duly prime red and painted. (e) Floor: MS tube 25mm x 50mm, 12 gauge shall be welded in grid of 60mm x 600mm with BWP grade marine board 12mm with PVC LG Telephone rack and settle shall be provided as approved by Engineer In Charge. (f) 3 Nos. electrical points of 5 Amp. Shall be provided with complete wiring on PVC batten, transportation & installation etc complete as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. |
