7Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for PRE-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc. complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured ) complete as per drawing, design and direction of Architect/Engineer-in-charge. as per IS code - (as per I.S.- 6313 (part II) - 1981
8Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well ramed, consolidated and grouted with fine sand and finishing the top smooth including shuttering at the edges, excavation and disposing of surplus earth with a lead of 100m.

233Providing waterproofing for Fountain :- Cleaning the inside surface &Application of two coats of sika Top seal 109 hi @ 2.2 Kg/Sqm.Over the bottom slab & side wall surface to protect against leakage & seepage finally covered with a cement mortar (1:4). make coving over floor to wall joints over a bond coat sika latex (1:4:6) & proper care should be taken to fill the pipe penetration points with sika Gard 694 fi (moisture resistance epoxy putty) complete as per manufacture specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Note : All the waterproofing treatment shall be executed though a recognized water proofing agency approved by the engineer in charge . A written guarantee on non-judicial stamp paper shall be submitted by the contractor for a minimum period of 5(five) years from the certified date of completion for the satisfactory performance of the entire waterproofing treatment system.
234Providing & Fixing of Circular Dome Fountain:- 7\" Dia G.I Ring with 42 nos of brass swivel nozzle throwing water inward creating a dome shape, water effect-6\" ht, Pump-01 Hp Single Phase sumersible open well, Light-07 nos multicolour 12 watt LED light, panel board- cable for pump set and light upto 10 mtr distance from panel board comple all as direction of the Engineel-In-Charge.
