Design of ceiling to be made for popper sound reproduction.
4Auditorium ceiling Acoustic Treatment with Interior Decoration__Glass fibre Core Ceiling clouds - Providing & fixing hanging Clouds of 25 mm thick with 600 x 1200 mm Glassfibre materials baffles. The density of the panel 100- 120 kg /mt3 & weight of 2.5 Kg/mt sq. It has also have fire class A, NRC - upto 0.9 should be hang with steel wire of 1 mm dia steel chain of heavy duty to be fasten with the wave D - Rings.
5Acoustical work of Side & Back wall dado area Providing & Fixing of wall panel by G.I. frame, G.I. frame work to be fixed on ceiling area with a channel section at 600 mm. centre to centre in one direction and intermediate chanel section will be placed in opposite direction with an interval of approx. 1 M align for flatness, with Acoustical backing by poly fibre wool of thickness 50mm having density of 20Kgs/M³ tie up by Galvanized wire mesh and galvanized wire to avoid sagging. Then provide 9 mm thick BWP Ply and wooden slats made of Teak Wood with french polish finish. Design of ceiling to be made for popper sound reproduction.
6Acoustical work of Side & Back wall above dado area Supplying and providing of acoustical work includes G. I. frame work, Ceiling section are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 600mm centres. With an acoustical backing of thermo - acoustic polyester fibre wool of thickness 50mm having density of 1000 GSM tie up by Galvanized wire and chicken wiremess. Provide magnesium bonded wood wool board with primer finish of size 1200 x 600 x 20 mm having NRC up to 0.75, density 400 Kg/m³, weight 4 Kg/m², termite attack nil, fire class 1 &P of make Anutone or equievalent. Finally on top of this woodwool board provide Glass fibre tiles having size of 1200x600x25 mm density of 120 kg/m³, weight 1.8 kg/m², Fire class 1&P, Termite attack nil, NRC upto 0.8, covered by the fabric for proper acoustic treatment. Design of wall to be made for popper sound reproduction.
7Supply and installation of FR grade Stretch fabric of size 1200mm width, shall be stretched by using wooden base 40mm thick, rigid vinyl Stretch perimeter and mid tracks 15mm, Glassfibre 50mm thick infill with requisite accessories & tools. base should be Wooden framing with black paint magnesite bonded pinewood fiber (wood wool) panels of size 600x1200x15mm thick having density 400kg/m3, weight 6kg/m2.
8Stage Area ACOUSTICAL WORK STAGE SIDE WALL : Providing, Fitting and fixing of wall panel by G.I. frame work with 600mm c/c to be fixed on wall, There after Acoustical backing by Ploy fiber wool of thickness 50mm having density of 20 Kgs/M3 tie up by Galvanized wire, to avoid sagging. On top provide acoustical board of black colour of woodfibre core with magnesite bonded of size 1200 x 600 x 20 mm having NRC upto 0.87 density 400 kg/ M3 Fire class 1& P. Design of wall to be made for propper sound reproduction.
9ACOUSTICAL WORK STAGE CEILING AREA Supply and Installation and commissioning of acoustical board black colour of square edge Glass fibre core ceiling tile of size 595x595x15mm having density 100-120kgs/m3, weight 1.5- 3.0kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick and 15mm wide pre coated metal T15 grid system.The technical parameters are as follows : core - Glassfibre, Fire - class 1 & P, Acoustics - NRC 0.95, Climate (OC RH) - 40, 95, Termite resistance , Light reflectance - 85%,Green (RC %) -35,Hygiene (VoC, Clean room)- Low, Class 3 Strenght, Load capacity (Kg) - Antisag. Including "T" grid frame work.
10Applying interior grade putty of approved quality and brand on Gypsum board surface.
11Applying interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive Acrylic paints (a) One Coat.
12Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : Two coats ii) Luxury Quality.
13Supply, installation and commissioning of Acoustical door shutter made of Sal wood including Door Frame with anti-termite paint covered with 12mm ply and 4 mm thick teak veneer on both side and filling with acoustical backing by Poly fiber wool of thickness 50mm having density of 20 Kgs/M3 with polish finish with door closer, 12" SS finish "D" handle 4 Nos. for each door, tower bolt of 12" and all the hinge of 125 mm of SS. Door size of door approx 1500 mm x 2100 mm.
