1Conducting Aerial LIDAR survey usingAircraft/Helicopter-Aerial LIDAR Survey using Aircraft /Helicopter complemented with aerial photography shall be carried out for the area of interest covering the proposed alignment of approx.350km including river/water bodycrossing between Chennai Central and Bengaluru (uptoByappanahalli station)new BG line project. Data capturing to be done for 600m widecorridor i.e.300 m oneach side of the proposed alignment.However, dataprocessing to be carriedout for 100m wide corridor (i.e,50m on either side of the alignment), supply of all in one desktop PC,processing data and submission of all deliverables including identificationa and establishment of control points as per the scope of work and technical Specification of tender document Payment will be made as under i. 40% payment will be released on completion of field work and submission of data and reports as per deliverable. ii. 60% payment will be released after acceptance by Railway
2PERMANENT CONTROL (CP) POINT PILLARS Erection of cast in-situ RCC Pillars (1:1:2) of size 500mmx500mmx 1000mm, 300 mm projected above ground level for Master Control Points. Secondary Control Points etc., with the provision of 700mm long M.S. angle of size 50x50x6 mm with brass nailing on the MS angle for marking the Control Points and engraving the CP pillar number on the MS plate of size 125mm x 125mm x 5mm embedded in concrete by four 6 mm dia rods 150mm long as per attached drawing. The pillar should have the following reinforcement 4nos- 10mm dia longitudinal and 8mm dia rings@150mm c/c. The Foundation size of the pillar should be: 800mm x800mm x 150mm with a PCC (Nominal mix 1:2:4) base. (Wherever feasible, marking should be done on existing permanent structure. Otherwise, RCC pillars shall be erected with per permission of Procurement officer) Payment to be made only for actual pillars erected at site.).) Refer attached drawing for details. Payment will be made as under i. 90% payment will be released on completion of field work and submission of data and reports. ii. 10% payment will be released on acceptance by Railway
3STAKING & FIXING ALIGNMENT AND BOUNDARY PILLARS Providing and fixing cast-in-situ or precast M-25 RCC concrete pillars of size 150 x 150 x 900mm with 300mm projected above ground level on straight and curves as per Scope of work & Technical Specifications with Contractor"s own materials, tools and plants; including all taxes leads and lifts and crossing of track etc; including all taxes and royalties complete; including painting, marking the pillars at site; including setting out of curves at site indicating transition portion, apex point and crown of curve, beginning and end point of circular curves etc. The rate includes the cost of all material including centering, shuttering, cutting, binding, reinforcement etc all inclusive. The exposed surfaces should be smooth and neatly finished. Main Reinforcement shall be 4 nos. of 8mm dia. bars and stirrups of 8mm dia @ 200 mmc/c spacing. Note:The pillars may be erected as directed by the procurement officer, if decided these pillars shall work as boundary pillars, the distance of proposed centre line of BG track shall be marked on these pillars. Payment will be made as under: i 90% payment will be released on completion of field work and submission of data and reports. ii. 10% payment win be released on acceptance and certification
4Additional dataprocessing may beprocessed from thecaptured raw data, if required, based on finalalignment finalization.Pre-Processing ofadditional data persquare kilometer forchange in alignment(but from within thecorridor on either sideof alignment whereAeriel LIDAR data hasbeen captured).
5Identification and preparation of land plans of Govt. Land,Private land,forestland,wild life or any othercategoryof land and process for obtaining NOC/clearancesfor FinalRailway alignment from the concerned authoritiesas required. Computing the land width required to be acquired at various chainages all along the alignment as per provisions and guidelines in Engineering Code, plotting the same on polyesterbase tracing paper (100 to 150 microns ) showing all the required details viz. proposed alignment, survey plots, surveynumber/khasranumber,nameofownerofland,nameofvillageetc/ completeas directedby Engineer-inChargeandsubmittingrequirednumberof hardcopiesforfurtherprocessing ofLandAcquisition proposal inRevenueDepartment along with all the relevant papers proposals in prescribed format of Revenue Department upto the stage of deciding compensation to the individual party.AlsosubmittingtheLand.showingthelandtobeacquiredsurveywise, Survey/khasara number, name of village as required by Land Acquisition officer on the prescribed proforma to the satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge and approved by the Railway Department with agency"s own materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete,Agency will also upload forest clearance documentson PARIVESH portal,field verificationof land and forestplan withRevenue and Forest officialsduring jointmeasurementsurvey (JMS).Field verification by forestofficials maybe combinedwithrevenue verificationin JMS to avoid repetition and loss of time. Rate includes obtaining forst clearnace permission as per forest Conservation Act 1980 and its ammendments by performing following activities:a. Joint verification of trees in specified forest areas wuth forest officials by physical marking and preparing details of trees as per format of forest department. Note: 100% paymentshould be made only after sanction of the projectby the competentauthority.
6Preparation and submission of forest proposal for obtaining permission for diversion of forestland as per Forest Conservation Act 1980 and its amendments, for all Forest Divisions as required up to the stage of online submission on MOEF & CC web portal. Consultant shall also obtain consent of Gram Sabha (s) wherever required under Recognition of Forest Right Act 2006 (FRA) as part of Forest proposal to the satisfaction of RITES and Principle Client. Stage Payment: (a) 100% payment will be released after the Submission and approval by Concern Authorities.
