DGMS approved portable hydraulic wet drilling arrangement drill 1.5 to 1.8 Mtr long hole drill in roof/sides in UG gallery of roof bolts with resin capsule and fitting of bearing plate & tightening of nut boltsgrouted should be complete with the test as per DGMS CIRCULAR (Dia of hole 27MM, Depth of hole-1.50 to 1.8 Mtr for roof bolting).Junction support roof bolt grouting should be completed with W-strap.Particulars:1. Roof bolt rod, bearing plate,nut, resin capsule, electric power & water will be provided by department on free of cost.2. Transportation of roof bolts, rod, W-strap, bearing plate, nuts, resin capsule, power cable, water hoses & shifting of power pack shall be done by the contractor. 3. Hydraulic hoses, water pump for wet drilling & hoses from power pack to drill machine shall be supplied by contractor.4. Hydraulic oil for power pack shall be supplied by contractor.5. Hydraulic drill machine with power pack, drill rod, drill bits & other necesary parts/hoses etc. of the mechanised hydraullic drilling machine required there in will be done by contractor.6. All maintenance & related shifting will be done by contractor. 7. All electricals installation like switch/control panel cabel will be done by contractor. 8. Contractor will deploy workers as required under the provision of Mines Act 1952 and will be resposible to follow the provisions of CMR/CMPF/CMPS and other applicable laws and by laws.9. Assistance in anchoring testing of 10% installation roof bolt.Anchoring machine will beprovided by company & manpower will be provided by contractor. 10.Contractor will install 03 nos. of hydraulic power pack machine in well maintained condition so as to cater all the working faces.He will also provide sufficient no. of manpower in all the shifts for the purpose. 11. 2" pipe provided by departmentally.12.
